A modern 4 bedroom luxury villa in it own secure area, with private pool surrounded by marbled and grassed areas. broadband internet available on request .The villa supports large living areas both inside and out, with a fully equipped modern kitchen. Situated in a beautiful location, nestled amongst olive trees, with a back drop of mountains covered with pine trees and lovely green rolling countryside. 10 minutes journey by bus or car or to the famous Marmaris town centre full of bars, cafe, shops and markets. With immediate access to the beach front and promenade that offers many forms of entertainment from water parks to discos. The villa is just far enough away to be out of earshot of the late night entertainment so that guests can enjoy the pleasant quiet evenings and appreciate the views and wildlife, an idyllic venue for a holiday. The local shops are a short 800m walk for all immediate requirements, with larger 24 hour supermarkets in the centre of town.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has air conditioning throughout, these can be used in the cooler months as a heating system, additionally a gas heater is supplied. The outside areas have been marbled to allow maximum sunbathing terrace, surrounded by grassed and garden areas. Next to the pool is a covered bar and cloakroom area, with an outdoor shower.
Accessibility
The villa is situated over 3 levels these all have steps between, it is not ideal for the elderly that have mobility problems or wheel chairs. We have had guests with disabilities that have managed comfortably, we leave the choice up to you. Dolmus routes pass 800 metres from the villa.
Outside
Large swiming pool 10m x 4m, 1.2m deep with sufficient sun beds sun mattresses and a large umbrella are available for the use of guests.

Sailing, walking, horse riding, Jeep safari, mountain biking, party boat, aqua park, car Hire Airport transfers. plus many more activities we are able to organise most activities you may require for your visit.
Special interest holidays
We have a 42 FT sailing boat that will get priority booking for villa Renters,even if you are not renting please drop us an email for availability of boat or any other trips you may be interested in the Bookings are snapped up quickly on this boat, if you are interested please let us know whilst booking your holiday and we can get you booked direct, we also have access to walking holidays horse ridding Jeep safaris, car hire and airport transfers from all Turkish Airports(price on request).
Travel
Dalaman Airport is the easiest to get to/from and is 90 mins from the villa. Pickup/dropoff can be arranged for up to 8 people at a cost of £120 return. Rental cars pickup at airport from £25 per day for a Suzuki Jeep or Clio. minibus rental with/without driver can also be arranged. Some may like to fly into Rhodes, take a taxi into the walled city (2 hour), spend a night there and cross over to Marmaris on the Catamaran (45 mins) where a 10 min taxi ride will get you to the villa.
Distances
Marmaris is 15 mins on the Dolmus or 10 mins via taxi. Icmeler is 25 mins on the Dolmus or 15 mins via taxi. Rhodes town is reachable via a 45 min high speed Catamaran from Marmaris. season dependant.
Further details
With a public transport system available that puts ours to shame, a car is not essential although it is an advantage for travelling further afield. The villa has a covered parking area. Transport is provided by local council run Dolmus (public Minibus service) which runs every 8 mins from the local shops into Marmaris Centre for a standard price of 1 lira (approx 40 pence). The Dolmus’ are colour coded, purple coloured for Beldibi, Orange for Icmeler. Taxi service into Marmaris is 15/20 lira.
Playstation (Chiped)2 and DVD player will keep kids busy watching all the latest films and playing the latest games which can be purchased cheaply in the local bazaars. Marmaris nightlife is tremendous, whether you want to shop in the bazaars or the many classy shopping centres such as the Solaris, the Marina shopping complex or the Gima, have a romantic meal in one of the high class restaurants off the marina.
Booking notes
25% deposit is required, balance required 60 days before start of stay, breakage deposit of £200 required 60 days before start of stay (fully refundable 14 days after end of stay). Cancellation charges: Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded.
