The brand new ‘Villa Caretta’ is an idyllic luxury villa with dazzling sea views providing a chic, elegant and spacious private residence. The considerable space ensures a perfect place to escape and enjoy peace and quiet, making it ideal for families, friends traveling together, or for those simply wishing to relax in comfort. The modern design and décor are fabulous in their own right, but even they cannot compete with the breathtaking views. The light on the sea and mountains during the day can be stunning, but at sunset the vista is spectacular. The views from the various terraces and balconies lead across the sea to the islands and sheltered bay. A road and steps lead to your swimming platform only five minutes away. The attractive bustling town of Kas with its pretty harbour is only seven minutes drive away. Frequent dolmus, (small local buses) also provide cheap and easy access or, taxis are readily available.

Notes on accommodation
An arrival hamper will be provided, if required. Our representative, Alison will meet you, if required, on the day after arrival to provide useful information about your stay and answer any questions. Irfan, the gardener and pool attendant, will visit the villa daily. Air-conditioned/heated throughout the entire villa.
All windows have mosquito nets. Smoking permitted on outdoor terrace/balconies only. Guests should take particular care when wet as the terrazzo terrace and the ceramic tiles in the villas could be dangerous when wet. Bath towels should not be used for the pool. Strictly no walking or climbing along the infinity edge of the pool. No inflatables to be used in the pool. Not suitable for chidren under 6 years old.

Large Terrace provides ample space to spread around and a cool covered outdoor dining area, with sun beds and outdoor travertine and wrought iron dining table and chairs. Steps lead down from the pool terrace to another terrace and gardens with sea views. Private beach platform only a few minutes walk. Easy access to the road from a paved walled courtyard. Separate laundry room.
Coast/Beach
Kas has two pebble beaches which provide pleasant spots for a swim, easily reached by car. Big Pebble Beach and Little Pebble beach! 15 mins pebbles, a few loungers a parasols, bars & cafes, excellent for an evening meal on the beach watching the sun go down. There are stunning beaches further afield that may be reached by car, dolmus or taxi. Kaputas – very beautiful sandy cove which lies at the opening of a striking mountain gorge, no shade, so take an umberella - 20 minutes.
Travel
Kas is situated midway between Antalya and Dalaman airports. There are numerous flights to both of these destinations from most UK airports but we would recommend Dalaman (the road is better and therefore the transfer is quicker!). Transport can be arranged to and from the airport. From Dalaman transfer time is 2 hours approx. Cars available for hire.

Shopping: Turkish carpets, "Designer Labels". Leather goods, shoes, jewellery, clothes, Iznik ceramics, spices and Turkish delights. Local Attractions: Kas friday market - Visit to the Greek Island of Meis - Kas Amphitheatre (Concerts still take place there).
Restaurants: The restaurants offer a wide variety of Turkish specialities, fresh fish, steaks, grilled meat, pasta and pizzas. Kas makes a superb base for exploring the extraordinary wealth of historical sites that lie scattered around the ancient kingdom of Lycia. The whole of this area is rich in archaeological history. Ruins from the Lycian, Roman and Ottoman period are evident all around and many are still being uncovered and restored.
From Kas heading West: Patara - Letoon - Xanthos - Tlos - Pinara - Sidyma - Kaya - Fethiye - Dalyan. Heading east: Kekova - Myra - Finike - Olympos – Khimaira. A day trip to see the sunken city of Kekova is a must where the site of a dramatic earthquake many centuries ago left the city torn apart and is now only partially visible. Across the bay is Kale, reachable only by boat, where a picture book crusader castle dominates the tiny fishing village.

Booking notes
All the above prices are based on a party of 4 guests, each further guest is charged an additional £50 per week. Booking confirmed with 25% deposit. Full payment required 6 weeks before departure. A £200 pound returnable damages deposit is required. Late bookings considered.
