The property enjoys both sea and mountain views. The year round resort of Alanya is a 15 minute drive. Konakli with it's many bars, shops & restaurants is 5 minutes drive. The Dolmus bus terminal is right outside the complex and runs every 6 minutes to Konakli (approx 30pence) and Alanya (approx. 60 pence).

Notes on accommodation
Perfect for children. Sorry, pets not allowed. Air conditioning in each bedroom as well as Living/Dining room. Whilst smokers are welcome it would be appreciated if smoking was restricted to the outdoor balconies and garden.

Outside
Garden area to front and the villa comes with 5 cushioned sun loungers with parasol. One of the two large pools is right outside your front door. Built in barbeque on the large first floor balcony outside the Living room.
Coast/Beach
100m to nearest beach. Numerous wooden cabins along the beach serving snacks, light lunches and drinks. Sunbeds and parasols are plentiful and cheap to hire for the day.
Golf
There are six championship golf courses in Belek (about a 50 minute drive). Pre-booking can be arranged. The Gloria New Course is suitable for all golfers and very forgiving while the Gloria Old Course is more challenging.
Cost is approx. 60 Euro per person (50% reduction for under 16 years of age), buggy 30 Euro. Gloria has an excellent driving range and practice putting area. Golf clubs can also be hired locally for approx. 25 Euro per day.
Travel
Nearest airport is Antalya International at 1 hours drive.
Airport transfers can be arranged by private air conditioned car, people carrier or minibus (depending upon party size).
Car hire is not necessary but gives you the added flexibility to come and go as you please. The Dolmus bus runs every 6 minutes from the terminal across the road from the villa. Car hire can be arranged upon request or a no obligation quote can be provided for comparison.
The nearest port is Alanya, 5 mins drive.

Our Villa is in a friendly mainly English speaking community, with many owners coming from Wales, Ireland (North & South), England, Denmark and Germany. Our keyholder and agent lives on the complex and is at hand to meet your individual requirements, such as lifts, day excursions, airport transfers (fees apply).
Many restaurants offer a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service. Please ask for further details.
Booking notes
25% non-refundable deposit within 7 days. Final balance and a £100 per week returnable deposit is due six weeks prior to departure.
Deposit returned with 10 days of your arrival back home.
