The apartment and complex have everything you'll need for a relaxing, enjoyable and memorable holiday. Many people return year after year. The apartment was new for the 2005 season and is very comfortably furnished, clean and spacious over two floors with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 balconies including its own private roof top terrace. Facilities on the complex include pool with jacuzzi, childrens pool, bar/snack bar, SKY TV, sauna, and gym. Relaxing bar area is a great and pleasant meeting place or ideal place for your night cap before retiring to bed. The village of Ovacik is just a 5 min walk. The livelier Hisaronu or the beautiful harbour town of Fethiye or the fabulous famous Blue Lagoon beaches of Olu Deniz are all within approx 5 km. A longer walk!! or easily accessible by either bus or taxi both available outside the apartment.

Notes on accommodation
The site is quiet and private with many facilities making it ideal for both families and couples alike. Many people return year after year. Taxi rank is only 50 yards away. The apartment is duplex on the first floor and second floors of the bock, making the accommodation unsuitable for disabled people.

Outside
Lovely unusual shaped large swimming pool with built in jacuzzi. Childrens pool. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Bar & snack bar with English Sky TV and pool table. Gym and sauna. Table tennis. Car parking facilities.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is the famous Blue Lagoon of Olu Deniz, possibly the most famous beach in the Med and is only approx 5 kms away. Why not try the paragliding which is available here, or simply lie back and watch others landing around you! Water sports are available. Value for money, all day or night, boat trips are available from Olu Deniz or Fethiye. The buses that pass outside the apartment go to Fethiye or Olu Deniz and take you right to the beach - you can't go wrong!.
Special interest holidays
Olu Deniz, within 5 mins by car, is famous worldwide for paragliding, making this an ideal base for those wishing to indulge in their passion!
Travel
Nearest airport is Dalaman, approx 45 mins transfer time.
Door to door airport transfers can be arranged at extra cost and are strongly recommended. This will get your holiday off to a trouble and stress free start. Your own private air conditioned taxi, very reliable. Costs vary dependant upon party size but for example are £45 for two persons return and £90 for four persons return. Simply book the apartment and flights - and I'll look after the rest!
Distances
Nearest larger town of Hisaronu 25 mins walk or 5 mins by dolmus (bus) or taxi which are available from the apt and for little cost. A bus to Hisaronu costs approx 50pence per person.
Fethiye or Olu Deniz are both approx 5 km away and accessible by bus or taxi. A bus to these costs approx £1.00 per person.
Further details
There are many, many things to do and places to visit in the area. You can visit the famous gorge at Saklikent which has to be seen to be believed. There are mud baths, boat trips from Fethiye harbour or Olu Deniz beach, water sports, horse riding, quad biking, white water rafting and Turkish baths.
Market day in Fethiye is on a Tuesday or in Hisaronu is on a Monday. This is an amazing sight with all the local fresh produce for sale as well as all those bargain handbags and clothing. It really is worth a look and don't forget to haggle!!
A dolmus can be caught very easily outside the apartment for next to nothing, however, if there are a few of you a taxi can cost just as little. Taxi drivers are very trusting and will often arrange to collect you without payment until return (a tip though is to agree a return price with your driver before you get in, they wont take advantage but price can often be bartered!).
