We offer a choice of 4,5,6 and 7 bedroom luxury villas. They each have large private pools, as well as sea views below and views of the wooded hills above. We have furnished each villa to meet the needs of disterning guests, whether in large or small groups. We have a range of sports facilities and eletronic entertainment ensuring a great holiday for guests with a wide range of interests. Guests can watch CNN, BBCWorld and 60+ other TV channels at all the villas, or they can borrow a play station. Alanya is on the south Mediterranean coast of Turkey so it is warm enough to swim in the sea/pools from Late March to early November. Last year we built a Tennis Court and play area with badminton and nets. It is 2 minutes from the villas, and for the sole use of our guests. Yesiloz is a small village where guests can enjoy an authentic Turkish setting but can take a bus into Alanya for the more sophisticated activities.

| The Olji Villa has 3 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The luxury bathrooms have deep baths as well as large walking showers. There is constant hot water. There are wonderful sea views from the bedrooms as well as the 50ft private swimming pool. The private swimming pool has a lovely 15ft circular children's paddling pool in addition to a large private pool. The 6 bedrooms offer a range of twins, doubles and double/singles. There is lots of cupboard and wardrobe space. The modern well equipped kitchen is fitted with cooker, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and all those things things that guests expect. There are 18 place settings. There are 2 TV/DVDs with Digiturk available. The living/dining room seats up to 18 guests. Villa Yesiloz (7 Bedrooms, Sleeps 19)

| The Yesiloz Villa has 7 large bedrooms, including 4 master bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom. There are 7 Bathroom/toilets. There are 3 doubles, 3 triples and 1 bedroom with 4 singles. There is lots of wardrobe space as well large deep chests of drawers. The private pool is 50ft x 30ft, has a deep and shallow ends and is surrounded by a large patio with seating, tables as well as sun beds and a covered Gazebo. The extensive gardens are just over 1 acre and are very private. The kitchen has modern hob and seperate oven, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, coffee machine and has 19 place settings. There is a ping pong table as well as a full range of TVs, DVDs, videos, music systems etc. There is extensive easy covered parking next to the villa, as well as a garage. Notes on accommodation
All our villas are air conditioned with each room having individual controls. All the villas have at least 5 bathroom/toliets, with constant hot water. We have two centrally heated villas, and one villa with a heated pool making it ideal for winter guests. All our villas have at least one downstairs bedroom with en suite bathroom, with easy access to the villas pool and minimum steps. We designed all the villa with guests who suffer impaired mobility in mind.
Accessibility
The Alison Villa has a ground floor bedroom with walk in shower and the doors are all extra wide. The bedroom opens directly to the pool area. There is brick paved parking next to the villa and the pool is next to the sitting room. There are 3 small steps involved in going from the house to the pool. There is a ground floor toilet. The villa is ideal for a guest with impaired movement. We have to point out that wheel chair users would need a helper if they wish to use the pool.
Outside
All our villas have their own large well maintained private pools (one can be heated. The large private pools are all at least 50ft x 25ft. We have a full time gardener and a plentiful supply of water so the gardens are well maintained and full of colour. The pools have large patios with sunbeds as well as tables and chairs with shade umbrellas. There are sea views from all the pools. All the Villas have large hand built brick BBQ's with lots of seating and tables nearby.
Coast/Beach
The sandy beach is an easy 10 minutes walk. It runs for about 2 miles and is undeveloped apart from a great choice of small seafood restaurants dotted along the coast road. About 15 minutes along the coast road by local bus is a well developed sandy beach with parasailing, jet skis and other fun activities.
Golf
We are about 1 hour from the international golf courses at Belek.
Travel
The nearest airport is Antalya which is about 90 to 120 minutes away. Airport transfers or car hire can be arranged and will be charged at cost. There is a frequent and cheap local bus service which runs about 10 minutes walk from the villas and links all the local towns.
Distances
The villas are in a small village with shops about 5 minutes away. The lively historic sea side town of Alanya is 20 minutes away by local bus/taxi or car. Car hire is helpful but not essential as there is a frequent local bus service 10 minutes walk from the villas.
Further details
All our villas share a tennis court, volley ball/play area. Within 3 minutes walk there is a local restaurant with a family area with pool table, internet access and other family entertainment. Alanya has over a hundred restaurants with choice and prices to cater for all tastes. There are several water parks, a cinema, HSBC and several other banks, large and small supermarkets, butchers, bakers etc. There is a post office and numerous fascinating small shops selling clothes, jewellery, 'knick-knacks' etc. The modern harbour has regular cruise ships as well as boats to hire and day trips too. There is an international diving school at the marina.
