The gardens, curtailing walls and wrought iron gates are graced by grape bearing vines, bougainvillea, oleander, hisbiscus, roses, jasmin, honeysuckle, banana, mandarin, fig, new world fruit, olive, almond and lemon trees, yucca trees and egyptian palms.The villa and grounds have been extensively refurbished.with coach lamps around the property between 8 and 12. There are 7 air conditioning units that have been installed in the property. Electic and water billed at council rate.

Notes on accommodation
Very spacious accommodation, air-conditioning throughout, suitable for families - infants to elderly.
Accessibility
The pool has a gently stepped area ideal for the elderly, disabled or very young guests. Taxis take 2 minutes to the centre, dolmuses run from stop 200 yards from house to centre. 15 minutes walk on the flat.
Outside
Large gardens, outdoor dining table and chairs on the terrace, 12 sun loungers, parasols, occasional tables etc. BBQ. Private large pool and grounds maintained daily.
Coast/Beach
15 minutes walk to Marmaris beach and harbour, alternatively three minute trip with dolmus. Icmeler 25 mins on dolmus, 20 mins by water taxi or 15 mins by taxi. Many beautiful unspoilt coves and bays accessible by extremely cheap water taxis and dolmuses.
Golf
A golf course is under construction in Marmaris and one has been completed in nearby Dalyan.

Dalaman is the nearest airport, 1 hour 15 minutes by car. We have a competitively priced, dedicated Mercedes mini bus driver if required for transfers and excursions during your stay.

Local shops, restaurants, supermarkets and banks, pubs, nightclubs, hammams, boat excursions and fishing trips within 3 minute dolmus ride.
Dolmus (public minibus service) runs every few minutes into Marmaris, excellent supermarket Tancas. 3 local markets per week, Marmaris market on Thursday, Icmeler on Wednesday and our local market which is the best - Beldibi on Sundays. Local produce.
This area is particularly renowned for sailing, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, mountaineering, paragliding, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking,cycling water skiing, wind-surfing, sightseeing, waterparks, boat trips, water taxis, hamams, mudbaths and hot spas.
