The villa was finished 15 July 2006. It is built over 4 floors. Most bedrooms are en-suite, and all rooms come with air-conditioning. It is on an elevated site, so the views are good, but still central in Ovacik. The nearest restaurants/shops are only a 200m walk. It is in its own gardens with 2 pools, including Jacuzzi being gated off from the villa, so it is very child friendly. We have recently added CCTV facing the gardens for added security. Car parking available. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, iron and microwave, TV, DVD and video. From the kitchen/lounge you step out onto the terrace (which is covered, providing essential shade on hot days!), overlooking the pools and there are 2 6-seater tables and barbecue. There are sunbeds and umbrella's for around the pool. Within 200m is the Dolmus route to take you to Fethiye (10 mins), Olu Deniz (15 mins at, Hisanoru is 10 mins walking distance. It is a very beautiful area with a lot to offer for a fantastic holiday!

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Transfers can be arranged, please ask for details. We do ask for departure from the villa on the day you are leaving to be by 12 noon, so the cleaning team can do their stuff, but if no one is booked that day we are flexible.

| Kitchen: | Includes an 8ft fridge freezer, microwave,dishwasher, oven hob and extractor and washing machine. There is also a steam sterilizer for the safe feeding of the smaller members of the party! Enough accessories to feed 14. |
| Utility Room: | Most equipment is kept in kitchen, but you will find the iron and ironing board downstairs, under the stairs. |
| Living Rooms: | The kitchen/lounge has a 3 piece suite with TV, video and DVD, Xbox with games and also a Playstation with games. There is also air conditioning/heating. |
| Other: | The terrace stretches around 2 walls of the villa and is approximately 50 feet long, covered with a wooden/pine roof providing essential shade, overlooking the pools. There are 2 tables and chairs seating 12 and a barbeque. |

Notes on accommodation
There are 2 travel cots and a mama's and papa's proper cot, along with 3 high chairs for the smaller children, a playpen to put toys in if you would like to take smaller one's out to the pool, and shade them with an umbrella, and also a buggy and childs scooter for aound the age of 5years.
Accessibility
The villa is up a very slight hill, but there are many steps inside it, so, sorry it is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
The villa is within its own garden surrounding the main private pool approx 8m x 5m and the baby pool approx 2m x 2m. There are patios to sunbathe on with tables and 10 sunbeds, 5umbrellas at the moment. The terrace which adjoins the kitchen has a 3 tables, 12 chairs and a 2 BBQ's. The villa is completely private, with sole use of the guests. Opposite the villa is a park with water slides which is free of charge.We have planted orange, lemon, lime, grape, peach and nectarine for your enjoyment, in the gardens.
Coast/Beach
The local beach to villa is Olu Deniz. It can be reached by Dolmus, approx 200m to the route and about 80p. The journey takes approx 10-15 mins.The beach is sandy/shingle but on the other side to the beach is the lagoon, with its sandy shores and pedaloes. On the other side of the road you catch a Dolmus to Fethiye (approx 10 mins and 80p) which has a lovely harbour and further along at Calis there is a shingle beach and water park.
Special interest holidays
The villa is under the well known Babadag mountain range, which peak at 6000ft, so the area is popular with hand gliding, micro lights, and for the really crazy people out there parascending! You jump off the mountains and land around an hour later at the beach. At the beach there are the usual water sports, and gulet cruise/hire. The ghost town of Kayakoy is 15 mins away, for those of you that like a bit of history. There is a lesser known beach at Gemilier that is extremely pretty, about 25mins away. For those that fancy changing their appearance, or a nip and a tuck, there is a well qualified and eminent practice based in Fethiye. Apparently the prices in Turkey are very competitive in this field, and the procedures excellent.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman, which is roughly, 60kms away taking about 45 mins, Bodrum would take 2 hours. Antalya airport is 200km away, so a car would be essential then, but otherwise not needed. Try web site www.holidaytruths.co.uk for handy tips on the area.
Distances
The town of Ovacik is about 200m to the main road. You can then walk along the main road to Hisanoru, which takes roughly 10mins. A dolmus to Fethiye is about 80p and about 20mins(approx 08kms) equally a dolmus to the beach at Olu Deniz(08kms) is 10mins and costs about the same. Trips can be arranged to Epheseus and Pamakkule from the town, but will involve an overnight stay. You can catch a gulet cruise from the beach, or the marina, for a half or full day. The more adventurous perhaps 3 days!
Further details
There are an abundance of shops selling everything you would need. The main road is lined with restaurants ie Turkish, British, Italian, Chinese, Indian and once you hit Hisanoru there are far more along with bars and clubs. All shops will change money for you, but the change is always in Turkish lira. However there are plenty of exchanges open during the season. There is a market in Hisonaru every Monday selling fresh produce, and everything else you can imagine, but if you can wait until Tuesday, the market at Fethiye is incredible. You are better changing only a minimal amount of money in England, as the rate is always a lot better in Turkey, although not at the airport!
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required on booking but if within the 6 week time limit of travel the full amount is required. Obviously if booked outside the 6 week limit the balance is due then. We also require a refundable cheque of £200 to cover breakages. Obviously if its only a glass or cup just replace it. We will return the cheque when confirmation the villa is fine is received (the cleaning staff will let us know the day you leave.) Sorry, we do not accept large same sex parties.
Guest comments
Our first guests arrived back 19.08.06 and said they loved the villa. They left inflatables for others. their boys played pool at a bar just round the corner. the transfers were excellent, and said they would go back! Thanks guys!!
