Accessibility
3 apartments are on the ground floor and very suitable for wheelchairs. There is no step between pool and the apartments.

Extensive green land 512x102ft (156m x 30m). Quite large swimming pool is 53ft x 26ft (16m x 8m), three times larger than similar hotel pools. Sedir villa apartments have a lovely children pool.

Small & family run holiday resort. Only 9 villa apartments. Sedir Resort located in the coolest part of Dalyan.It is only 15 minutes by walk from Dalyan village centre. Large apartments are between 377sqft - 485sqft (35sqm - 45sqm). All apartments have forest, swimming pool and garden view. Penthouse apartments and walls have heat and sound isolation. Apartment windows are double glazed. Solar and central heating sistem. High quality wooden material. Large balconies 10ft x 6.5ft (3,20m x 2,00m). Extensive green land 512ft x 102ft (156m x 30m). About the owner
I live in Dalyan with my wife and our two sons. We work all together at Sedir Resort. We don't have any connection to travel agency. We have many returning guests as we know the value.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I bought my land in 1998 and built my myself our property with workers in 2 years. I planned all details with my wife. We have preferred this location because just outside of Dalyan village only 15 minutes to everywhere by foot. Our land is extensive more than an acre and the swimming pool is huge about 420 sq.f for our guests comfort.
