2 bedroomed detached villa in an elevated position with superb views over the special town of Kalkan. Two double bedrooms both with large en-suites with showers. Fully fitted kitchen, roof terrace and large room in the roof made into a turkish style area with cushions and tables. A large private pool with unbelievable, unspoilt views(the areas to the front and side are protected green land). Gardens with large BBQ. Fruit trees and numerous flowers and plants surround the villa to make for a peaceful environment in which to relax with a cool drink by the pool. A downstairs toilet and good sized living room area make up this lovely villa in an exclusive part of Turkey ideal for getting away from it all, enjoying friendly hospitality and a large selection of quality restaurants.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
A 5% discount is offered on bookings of 2 weeks or more. There are no additional costs. Payment can be made by cash or cheque.
Changeover day
Preferred is Monday but this is flexible depending on availability. Villa will normally have to be vacated by 12:00 midday but again this is flexible depending on other bookings.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are supplied. Villa cleaned before arrival and, depending on length of stay, arranged to be cleaned during your stay. Towels and linen will also be changed weekly. Please bring your own pool/beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning in both bedrooms. Fan in lounge. Due to elevated location and nature of the location we would suggest rental would not be suitable for younger children. We will accept bookings for adults only or families with children over 12 years of age.
As this is a mountainous region there are some steep inclines so we would recommend for able bodied only.
We will also ensure basic essentials such as water, milk, bread, tea, coffee, etc are available on your arrival at no extra cost.

Outside
Gardens surround the villa with the private pool (7m x 4m x 1.9m) and patio area to the front overlooking Kalkan town and the bay. Large outdoor stone built BBQ. Selection of wooden garden furniture and loungers. Area to park cars outside the perimeter. Maintenance of the pool and gardens is carried out daily.
Coast/Beach
A small beach can be found within Kalkan just along from the marina. 10 mins drive to Kaputas beach (a small but beautiful beach accessed via a number of steps) and 15 mins to Patara Beach (a large, long open beach with facilities). Local transport is available to both of these.
Travel
Flights to Dalaman Airport are required. Approx 1.5 to 2hrs transfer. The transfers can be arranged for you if you require. Car hire is available in Kalkan or you can arrange from the airport. Taxis and buses are also available in the town.
Distances
Kas town is 30mins away and large town of Fethiye 1hr. Other places of interest are the historical sites of Xanthos, Letoon and Kekova. Saklikent Gorge is a superb natural site. All these are within a reasonable distance by car.
Further details
There are several stocked supermarkets, 3 banks with cash machines and a post office. Despite being a small town the range of restaurants is extensive and the quality of food excellent. There are also a couple of bars and plenty of shopping opportunities. A market is held weekly on a Thursday.
Booking notes
Please check availability chart and contact us with your preferred dates. Flights to Dalaman will be required. Transfers can be arranged if you require or you may wish to hire your own car. A £100 non-refundable deposit will be required for 1 week holidays, £200 for more than 1 week. The balance will be requested 8 weeks before departure.
