This is a luxury 4 bedroom villa available for holiday lets. It is set in a commanding position and overlooks Kalkan, the sea and islands. Villa Kirlangic has been beautifully furnished to a high standard and has everything you will need for a relaxing and memorable holiday. There are numerous terraces and shaded areas for you to relax. You are 2 minutes from the nearest shop/ restaurant which will also deliver your meals or dishes to order. Try their home made jams! It is only a 20 minute walk down hill to the heart of Kalkan. Taxi back as the walk back up hill is only for the most hardy.

Notes on accommodation
The pool is 1.9m deep and has a shallow end of approx 1.45m. The villa is unsuitable for toddlers who cannot swim and the infirm. Guests are requested to not smoke inside the villa.

Outside
The villa is set within its own beautiful gardens with large terrace areas with extensive views of the sea and surrounding areas. The pool is (10x4m). There is a large dining table that seats 8 and other tables positioned around the properties shaded areas and balconies. Eight comfortable sunbeds, drinks tables and 3 large umbrellas on wheels are provided. Each bedroom has balconies with sea views and the roof terrace has panoramic views of the Kalkan, the sea and islands.
Coast/Beach
The local beach in Kalkan is a 25 min walk from the villa. Gullet cruises can be taken from Kalkan harbour and there are free boat services to the beach clubs. There are numerous water sports available in Kalkan. Patara beach is located in a protected area and its 18km coastline of sandy beach is the nesting ground of the loggerhead turtle. This beach was voted one of the worlds best beaches in a Sunday Times supplement. Patara beach is 20 mins away from Kalkan by local bus.
Travel
A car is not necessary. We recommend and can arrange transfer from Dalaman airport direct to the villa by air conditioned vehicles. Hire a car locally from £25 per day. Dolmus buses operate between Kalkan and local beaches and towns. Local excursions are available to many interesting and historical sites.

Further details
The historic town of Kalkan is an enchanting place and one of the most beautiful locations along Turkey's Lycian Coast. With the absence of mass tourism, Kalkan remains a charming and unspoiled haven of historic architecture, ancient history and warm traditional Turkish hospitality. Once a fishing village, it is now a charming holiday resort consisting of cobbled streets and interesting shops. One can enjoy bargaining with the shopkeepers whilst accepting their hospitality of tea. In the evening sample some of the finest food at the harbourside restaurants or those with roof top terraces offering views of Kalkan by night.
Booking notes
On acceptance of your booking, a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total hire fee is required. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure date. A deposit of £200 is required to cover the cost of any damage which will be returned within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday.
