Villa Xanthos

Villa Pinara

Villas Pinara and Xanthos are 2 new villas built in a traditional Turkish style with stone cladding under a slate roof. The villas are set on the far side of the Kas Peninsular within 7 minutes drive of the centre of the beautiful town of Kas. The villas are cleaned twice a week and there is a gardener and pool attendant who visits twice a day.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. For lets exceeding 3 weeks discounts are available and are subject to negotiation. Non returnable deposit of £150 payable to secure booking, balance 4 weeks before date of departure. Please note that all prices quoted above assume a maximum party size of 6 people. For larger parties an additional £30 per additional guest per week will be levied.

Changeover day
Changeover days are totally flexible. However, we do ask that Guests vacate villas by midday although this is negotiable as well.

Notes on accommodation
Full air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs.
Mosquito nets to all windows. Suitable for young children.
Log burner.
Radio/CD player.

Outside
There is a large terrace with 6 sun loungers, tables, 2 parasols and a fabulous private 40 m2 infinity pool and, for the ambitious holiday chef there is a BBQ. The infinity pool, which is 8m x 5m, has steps leading down to the shallow end 1.20m deep with the deep end being 1.70m deep. Linking the villa to the pool terrace is the Turkish room for outside dining.

Coast/Beach
By car or bus - 5 minutes to small local beach or 10 minutes to:
BIG PEBBLE BEACH - Pebbly! With sunbeds, parasols, café, restaurants 10 mins.
KAPUTAS - Sand, no shelter 20 mins.
PATARA 12 miles of sand in a world heritage site, sunbeds, parasols, restaurant 1 hour 10 mins.

Travel
The 2 main Airports serving this area are Dalaman (about 2 hours) and Antalya (about 3 hours)

In the season there are many charter flights available to both these airports. Also worth considering is Onur Air which is a Turkish airline that has well priced charter flights available all year round.

There are many deals to be found on the Internet such as Excel airlines, Cheapest flights, Expedia, Dial - a - Flight to name just a few. Transport can be arranged to and from airport.

Kas - 5 Km - 7 mins.
Kalkan - 40 mins.
All the following have Roman, Lycian and Ottoman Ruins - Times by car.
Patara - 1 hour 10 mins.
Xanthos - 1 hour 15 mins.
Letoon - 1 hour 20 mins.
Pinara - 1 hour 30 mins.
Myra - 1 hour.

Xanthos Roman and lycian Ruins – Harpes. monument amphitheatre, Road, Mosaics, Sarcophegae 15 min drive west from Pinara. Letoon Roman Ruins, Amphitheatre, Mosaics, Temple of Diana etc. near Xanthos. Pinara lycian Rock Tombs, Roman Amphitheatre 1 hour 30 mins from Kas. Tlos lycian, Roman, Ottoman Ruins 1 hour 30 mins from Kas. Kaya Greek village abandoned in 1922 2 Hrs from Kas Nr Olu Deniz. East from Kas Myra Roman Amphitheatre, Carvings, lycian Rock Tombs, Church and home of St Nicholas Max 1 hour from Kas. Other Sites - Gombe Waterfall and 3,000 mt Mountains NE - 2 hours Inland.
