All 4 en-suite bedrooms have stunning views. The villa faces south-west and has its own private swimming pool (6.5m x 4m) and spacious terrace, raised well above the quiet road. There are 8 wooden loungers with luxurious deep cushions, a table seating 8 for alfresco dining, and 4 large parasols. Villa Esinti is 5-10 minutes walk from the Kalamar Beach Club, which offers a restaurant, water sports, boat hire, diving and free courtesy transport. 20-25 minutes walk to Kalkan, with its shops, beach and amazing selection of restaurants. Fabulous Patara Beach with 18 kms of unspoilt sand is 20 minutes by car or dolmus.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Friday but we may be able to accommodate requests for alternative dates. Check-in normally from 4pm, check-out by 10am, but we may be able to be flexible on these times, subject to other bookings.

Notes on accommodation
Twin rooms have linking beds which can be made up as doubles. All showers have thermostatic controls and all plumbing is to UK standard, allowing paper to be flushed. A small selection of books, DVDs and CDs is available for guests’ use. Hairdryers, mosquito machines and digital safes are provided for your convenience. There is a door closing off the living area from the entrance hall/stairs which reduces noise carrying through the villa and increases privacy and safety for those with small children. We ask visitors not to smoke indoors. There is a garage for you to park in the shade.
Accessibility
Villa Esinti is set above the road, with access via a flight of steps up from the entrance gate, and the house is arranged over three floors. It may not be suitable for anyone who finds stairs difficult.
Outside
Villa Esinti faces south-west, with its private swimming pool (6.5x4m) and spacious terrace raised well above the quiet road. There are 8 wooden loungers with luxurious deep cushions, 4 large parasols, and a table seating 8 for alfresco dining. The large roof terrace, affording panoramic sea and mountain views, has deep soft sofas, tables, relaxer chairs, a parasol and its own mini-kitchen.
Coast/Beach
Villa Esinti is 5-10 minutes walk from Kalamar Beach Club, which offers a restaurant, water sports, boat hire, diving and free courtesy transport. Kalkan village has its own safe pebble beach and the amazing 12 miles of unspoilt sand at Patara beach is just 20 minutes by car or dolmus (local minibus service).
Travel
Villa Esinti is approx 90 mins from Dalaman airport. We can arrange transfers and car hire for you. Taxis are plentiful and cheap around Kalkan and many organised excursions are available, but you may want a car for at least part of your stay to explore some of the beautiful beaches and the many fascinating historical sites in the area at your leisure.
Distances
Kalkan village is 20-25 minutes walk, or 2-3 minutes by taxi, and it is approx 20 mins drive to Patara Beach and Xanthos ruins. Fethiye is one hour by car and has a large harbour, many shops, restaurants and historic sites.
Further details
Kalkan is renowned for its amazing selection of restaurants - many on rooftops with spectacular views over the bay. Shops are open until around midnight and some supermarkets offer a free delivery service. A few bars and restaurants are within 10 minutes walk of the villa. There are several banks with ATMs in Kalkan.
Booking notes
Either telephone or email us direct or book online, usually with instant confirmation, via the owners' website (see link below). A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, the balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. A loss and damage deposit of £250 is also required at this time. Highchair and cot available for hire @ £25 per week. Payments accepted by cheque, or online by debit or credit card. Please note: we do not accept "stag/hen" groups.

The villa was fantastic and so well equipped, it was just like being at home and we could completely relax with our 14 month old daughter as it was possible to set things up so she was safe. We would absolutely recommend this villa and would definitely go again. June 2011 (Comment: these guests immediately re-booked for 2 weeks in Sept 2011).
Fabulous villa, in a fabulous location. The villa looks stunning from the internet photos and more than matches them in real life. Truly breathtaking views. The living area was lovely and modern with ample space to cook, eat and relax. The pool was a nice size to swim and cool off in, getting the sun for the majority of the day, and late into the evening. The beds are particularly comfortable. Bedrooms were spacious and cool, and the bathrooms all fantastic. We can't express how much we enjoyed the holiday in Kalkan. It would be very hard to find a nicer villa and all round package in this price bracket.
