There are 6 sunloungers with mattresses, dining table and 6 chairs with parasol, the private pool is 4ft 3ins deep which is suitable for children and the elderly. Large roof terrace with stunning sea views and covered pegola, Main bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, en suite and 2 balconies and air conditioning. 2nd bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, 3rd bedroom with bunk beds and air conditioning, 4th bedroom with double bed is in the basement with air conditioning. The beach is a few minutes walk across the road where you will find the local restaurants and snack bars.

Changeover day
I am flexible with arrival and departure dates as long as the villa is not pre-booked. If there are other guests arriving on the day you depart then we will require you to vacate the villa by midday.

There are 6 sunloungers with mattresses, dining table and 6 chairs with parasol, your private pool is 4ft 3ins deep which is suitable for children and the elderly and is maintained at least 3 times a week as is the grounds, there is a portable barbeque to use either by the pool or on the large roof terrace with stunning views over Akbuk bay.
Coast/Beach
The beach is a few minutes walk across the road where you will find the local restaurants and snack bars also there is a harbour where the local fishing and day trip boats leave from and you can also fish from there.
Travel
Bodrum is the nearest airport being 45/60 mins away or Izmir is about 90 mins away, a car is not essential as the local bus (dolmus) runs about every 15 mins and will cost about £2.50 for the destination.
Distances
The nearest main resort is Altinkum with is about 8 miles away (use the dolmus) where you will find the main shopping centres and nightlife.
Further details
Akbuk has many supermarkets, hairdressers, barbers, chemist, internet cafes, butchers and on Fridays there is a large market held behind and to the right of the villa where you can buy almost anything at knock down prices.
Booking notes
I require a £400 deposit to secure your booking (this is non refundable if you cancel) which will be returned when you get back home but any damage or breakages will be deducted. The full amount is required 6 weeks prior to your departure.
