This is a modern second floor property in the Aegean Park complex. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a living room/kitchen area and 2 south facing balconies overlooking the pool area. The complex is walled and gated and benefits from 24 hour security. External panoramic glass fronted lifts are on each block. The complex is located in a quiet residential part of Altinkum and is only a short 3 minute drive to the beach and 1 minute drive to the main centre.

Changeover day
Changeover days can be flexible as can the departure time, depending on other bookings. Normally checkout time is 11am and check in time is 2pm.

Towels and linen are included,the apartment will be cleaned prior to arrival and on departure.and also at the weekend if rented for more than one week. |

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users,owing to stairs at various locations on complex.
Outside
On the main balcony there is a fitted barbeque, table and six chairs. Both balconies overlook the pool area and face southwards towards the sea. Things to keep the children and also the adults amused are table tennis, playground, games area, pool bar, cafe and restaurant. In the restaurant are TVs and also computer games. Parking in a safe and secure well lit site with 24 hour security.
Coast/Beach
The main beach is just a short 3 minute drive away, or for the more energetic about a 20 minutes walk. It is sandy and shallow, gently sloping for about 75 yards. There are other beaches close by, some secluded.The main promenade has just about everything that you could wish for to make your day out at the beach a long and pleasant one,and at night when it is lit up it is just perfect for a stroll or for your evening meal.
Travel
The main airports servicing this area are Bodrum which is about 1.5 hrs away and Ismir which is approximately the same.
Further details
A ten minute walk will take you to the main road which goes from the beach at one end up to the old town at the other, all the various types of shops from banks, supermarkets, clothing and furniture, you name it you will find it somewhere close by. Altinkum is an easy base from which to explore many historic and scenic sites. The Temple of Apollo at Didyma is at the top of Main Street. For those you who like to see as much of the area as possible, there are numerous booking offices where you can arrange for trips to various places such as Bodrum –A beautiful area with an interesting Fort - full of history; Kusadasi and Ephesus with its marvellous historical remains; Pamukali - frozen pools – white sulphur cliffs, (where you can swim in the warm natural springs known as Cleopatra's pool) All trips are good value and are always entertaining! For the more adventurous among you why not hire a car and go off the tourist routes and do your own sightseeing. The organised trips tend to call in at various places en-route where you can shop and buy, such as leather goods, porcelain, lace, local crafts etc, where if you practice your bargaining skills who knows, you might get a real bargain. Meals are usually included in the price.
Booking notes
A returnable £50.00 deposit in case of damage to furnishings etc, refundable on return home. Less any deductions. A 25% non refundable deposit to secure the dates required, final payment to be settled six weeks prior to your holiday.

This was our fourth time here and the only negative thing to report was the two days of rain that we had, the apartment realy is like home from home,we are begining to feel like locals, thanks for a great time.

What a lovely apartment, the only thing missing was a full length mirror, that's the complaints finished.
I have been to this complex before but not in this apartment, ideally situated for overlooking the pool area, and it benefits from a lovely cool breeze between the buildings.
We had a super time,weather was hot,staff were friendly and we met up with some old friends, this sounds like a recipe for a return visit. Thanks a lot.

I have been at this complex before, but the situation and views over the pool from this apartment were far better, staff were as friendly as I remembered them. A week is not enough to fully enjoy everything in surrounding area. A good reason.
