The villa was built in May 2005 and is one of 7 identical villas built on the plot and are all privately owned and furnished to each individuals taste. As we will be using our villa on a regular basis we have furnished our property to the highest possible standards with all the mod cons you would expect to find at home and more. Our villa is directly poolside and has English and foreign satellite TV in the lounge and 2 of the bedrooms, we also have a DVD player that plays CD’s and Kodak discs. The lounge and dining area and all bedrooms have air-conditioning and the lounge can be adjusted to heat the property as well. We have a microwave oven, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster as well as much more which should add to your comfort. Our villa is a triplex (3 floors) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and share a bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are on the top floor and are both en-suite with a further toilet on the first floor.

We prefer a Saturday but are flexible and try to fit in with your needs and other bookings.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included and the property and linen and towels are cleaned before and after your trip. Cleaning during your stay can be arranged but will cost between £30-£40 paid locally. |

Outside
We overlook the large shared beautiful pool. We have a very large balcony with table, chairs and a barbecue, and also a lovely shaded downstairs terrace with table and chairs and a well kept garden.
Coast/Beach
Coast/beach is only an 8 min walk or 3/4 of a kilometer. The beaches are small but beautiful and you are welcome to use The Escape Beach Hotel and all its facilities free of charge and they have a lovely sandy beach.
Golf
2 x 18 hole Golf courses are being built 15 mins from our villa and I viewed the courses personally in May 2006. I met the owner and the builder and the first course will be open in October 2006. One course is designed like a typical course found in Scotland/Ireland and the other is based on courses you would find in Arizona.
Travel
Bodrum airport is a 25 min drive from our villa and is measured at 38km and is a straight coastal road right out of the airport.
Distances
Torba village is a 6/7 min walk 0.5km and has a good selection of bars and restaurants. The lively resort of Bodrum is 5km away and has a fantastic array of bars, restaurants, clubs etc. Also has a beautiful beach, lovely Marina, great shopping and a beautiful castle.
Further details
A large supermarket is 10 mins away but 1 min from the villa is a great friendly local store that sells everything you need. Torba village has a good internet Cafe and cheap telephone lines. For main facilities you need to go to Bodrum where all the banks are with AMT machines etc.
Booking notes
Bookings can be made by sending a deposit of £150 with the full balance 6 weeks before the start of your trip. Late bookings must be paid in full at time of booking but can often be discounted according to availability.
