The apartments are fully air conditioned with 2 shower rooms and terraces overlooking the pool on both levels. They are fully furnished with satellite TV, DVD player and have fully equipped kitchens. Side Garden Residence boasts a superb 25m pool with children’s pool, bar area, fitness centre, sauna, PC with wireless internet for laptops and games room and 24 hour security (please note that we have more than one apartment so availability is rarely a problem).

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds or euro equivalent. Prices are for fully inclusive rental of the apartment with up to 6 people (with two using a sofabed). For transfers to and from Antalya airport add £60 (or euro equivalent).
PayPal payment facilities are available. Please add 4% if paying via credit card.
Changeover day
Arrival time is after 2pm, unless previously agreed.
Departure time is before 10am, unless previously agreed.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Lounge has a double sofa bed only suitable for small people. We have upper and lower apartments. Lower apartment bedrooms open onto terraces leading to the pool. |

| Kitchen: | Cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | Airy and comfortable, the lounge leads to a terrace overlooking the pool. Inside you will find satellite TV, DVD player, double sofa bed and armchair, dining table and four chairs, bar stools at the breakfast bar and a coffee table. |

Clean linen and towels are provided. Apartment is cleaned after departure. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is on two levels, so may not be suitable for people who have difficulty with stairs.
Young children should not be left unaccompanied on the patios.
Since the double sofa-bed is really only suitable for occasional use, for parties of more than four we can arrange three-bedroom apartments or multiple two-bedroom apartments at Side Garden Residence.

Outside
The complex is centered around a superb 25 metre pool that will appeal to serious swimmers and has an adjoining children's pool. This is surrounded by landscaped gardens with palm trees, a pool bar and communal activity area. The complex is protected by 24-hour security and has a fitness room, sauna and games room which offers PC access.
Mini markets just beside the apartments with a bigger supermarket (Migros, the Turkish Tesco's) 1 Km away.
Coast/Beach
The local beach is 15 mins walk away across rolling sand dunes. Since they contain Roman ruins and burial grounds, they are protected by the Turkish state. Free buses run every day between the complex and this beach and the one situated on the other side of ancient Side. This beach boasts five-star hotels with many facilities.
Golf
We are only 30km from the world-class golf courses of Belek. We can arrange trips and green fees on request.
Skiing
We are 90 mins drive away from the closest ski area. We can arrange trips and ski passes on request.
Special interest holidays
Side is a site of major archeological importance with loads to explore. Close-by is Aspendos with it excellently preserved amphitheatre, and the fascinating sites of Cappadocia, Pamukkale can be visited by day-trips. White water rafting is also a major local attraction, along with the usual water and land-borne sports and activities. Please let us know if you would like us to arrange any of these visits or activities.
Travel
Antalya airport is 60km to the west. This takes 50 minutes by road. Car hire is not essential, since we can arrange transfers to and from the airport, and since local buses are frequent and cheap and excursions can be arranged by us. We can arrange car hire if desired, however.

Distances
The ancient part of Side is 1km away. The bustling town of Manavgat is 5km away. The magnificent Roman amphitheatre at Aspendos is 38km away.
Further details
Side Garden has various bars nearby that are popular with the residents of this and nearby apartments. The Hawaii bar in one of these, with its big TV screen and friendly waiters who have a habit of performing Turkish dances at half-time! Side and Manavgat between them have all the banks, supermarkets and shops you will require.
Booking notes
£100 deposit is taken at time of booking. The booking must be confirmed 8 weeks prior to departure, else this deposit will be forfeit. A breakage deposit of £100 is payable when the final balance is due. This will be returned once the apartment is checked and any keys held returned.
