Changeover day
Usually Sunday or Tuesday, but flexible where possible, dependent upon other guests.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is ideally suited for those who wish to enjoy playing golf at some of the worlds finest golf courses and then to be able to relax in the comfort of the villa and its own pool and private gardens. The villa is also equipped with a DVD and PlayStation 2 (please bring own games), together with a selection of children's DVDs so the little ones will be kept occupied whilst the adults enjoy the pool, sunbathe or lounge on the patio. There are several novels available for light reading. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, but is okay on the patio area.
Outside
From the dining area through patio doors is a covered terrace, patio area with sun loungers and private pool. Landscaped garden to rear of villa, maintained regularly. The communal pool and children’s pool are at the front of the villa. There are several quality sun beds, sun umbrellas and a wooden gazebo for shade. Gated community with night watchman comprises 11 privately owned villas.
Coast/Beach
Both beaches are 5 minutes drive away,or 35 minutes walking. They are both sandy and very safe, they also have excellent facilities for families - beach bars, showers, toilets etc. Prices within the beach area are very reasonable and well controlled. Belek is also known as a bird paradise where 109 different beautiful bird species including the Tyto Alba, a hooded owl which is symbol of Belek region, which can be observed easily during the 12 months of the year.
Golf
Currently there are 7 international 18 hole golf courses within 6 - 15 minutes drive, all of which are outstanding and equal to, if not better than Spanish and English courses. The newest world class championship golf course is the Cornelia and was designed by Nick Faldo. This is adjacent to the access road off the villa.
Skiing
Skiing is available approximately 1 hour's drive from the villa.
Travel
Nearest airport is Antalya, the transfer time is approx 20 minutes and we can arrange private transfers or car hire in advance should you wish, costs of which are standard and reasonable.
Distances
The nearest village/town is Belek which is 3 mins driving or a 35 min walk. There are restaurants, bars and many shops offering a wide range of jewellery, leather goods, clothes, shoes and gifts. There is also a weekly market offering fresh fruit and vegetables. Other attractions around Belek are the Ancient Cities of Aspendos, Sillyon, Selge and Perge. Manavgat, Duden and Kursunlu Waterfalls, white water rafting, the Koprulu Kanyon National Park and Termesos National Park.

All the following facilities are available in the Belek area: private hospital (5 mins drive), shops, markets, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, cash machines, cycling, boating, fishing, horseback riding, jet skiing, para sailing, sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, water park, wind surfing, hiking (5 miles), white water rafting (20 miles), downhill skiing (25 miles).
Booking notes
Our booking form along with the terms and conditions of rental will be sent to you by first class post upon receipt of your application. Please return the signed booking form with your (non-refundable) deposit of 25% of the total cost within 7 days. This confirms your booking and constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions. The final balance and a £150 returnable deposit (to cover any damage) is due 10 weeks prior to departure (or at time of booking if departure within 10 weeks).
