It is also just a 10 mins ride on the Dolmus bus or 30 mins boat ride on the water taxi to Fethiye, a trip well worth doing. This property is modern in design but holds a stylish Turkish delight to its interior. The lounge is open plan and leads to the terrace overlooking an attractive swimming pool.

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms have air conditioning units, which heat as well as cool. All windows and doors are double glazed and have fitted mosquito nets. Water is heated either using solar panels or hot water boiler. Bedrooms and kitchen have fitted smoke alarms. Fire extinguishers are fitted. Apartment is suitable for children. No smoking is allowed however this can be done on the balcony.
Outside
The complex has very well maintained and tidy gardens. The pool (depth 1.20m. to 1.90m.) is shared and has a children's pool next to it. Plenty of free sun loungers and parasols by the pool side. Parking is available within Palm Beach. The complex has night time security patrols.
Coast/Beach
Calis beach is described as the best place to watch the sun go down, is one of the favourite places for tourism with its 4 km of beach and cool winds during hot summer nights. Its sea is appropriate for water sports and it has numerous qualified resort facilities, restaurants, bars and shopping.
Travel
Dalaman Airport is a 45 minute drive to Palm Beach. A private transfer can be arranged upon request. Car hire is available at a good rate and transportation to Fethiye is either by bus (Dolmus), taxi or water taxi (recommended).

To secure your booking, a 25% desposit will be required upon completion of booking form. Full payment will be taken within 8 weeks of departure.
