This large villa with private garden is situated between the towns of Belek and Kadriye, near beautiful sandy beaches and several outstanding golf courses. The 3 storey house has been fully renovated in 2006 and is extremely well appointed and equipped. There is a communal pool with baby pool, small supermarket, tennis court, 6-a-side football pitch and bar/restaurant a short walk away. The surrounding towns of Belek, Kadriye have weekly markets, numerous lovely restaurants, banks with cash machines and are only a five minute drive away. Within a short drive there is a water park (highly recommended!), riding school, children's zoo, paint balling, quad biking, microlites and water sports including para-sailing and jet-skiing. Antalya with its international airport, excellent shops, old walled town and harbour is 20 minutes drive away. Within the surrounding area the historic sites of Side, Perge, Selge, Aspendos plus Kursunlu, Duden and Manavgat waterfalls can be found.

Outside
The garden is mainly lawned with a covered patio area excellent for alfresco dining. The villa has 2 additional balconies. The top floor balcony having excellent views of the mountains in the distance. Outdoor furniture is available at the property. The large pool is a short walk away, with a small babies pool, sunbeds, bar, childrens play area and shaded grassed area.
Coast/Beach
A pine forest separates the beautiful sandy beach (blue flag) from the villa, a 25 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Along the coast in either direction is additional 30km of excellent sandy beaches. Many improvements have been made to the local beach through 2006, the beach is exceptionally clean, the area behind the beach has been landscaped and there are a number of bars/restaurants. During the summer months turtles can be seen as they come ashore to lay their eggs.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses within a 5 minute drive - the Tat International, a 27 hole championship course, the Robinson Nobilis Golf Club, voted 7th best course in the world by Golf Journal, the Belek National, voted 16th best course in the world by The Golf Magazine. The Cornelia Faldo course, opened in 2007, designed by Nick Faldo is located 2 minutes from the villa. The Papillon Montgomery course, designed by Colin Montgomery is scheduled to open March 2007 and a further course, the Rixos, designed by Bernhard Langer is due to open towards the end of 2007. Within a 20 mins drive are 2 further courses at Antalya - the Sultan, an 18 hole course & the Pasha, a 36 hole course.
Skiing
Saklikent is approx 1.5 hours drive away.
Travel
Antalya International airport is the closest to the villa, approx 20 mins drive away. Car hire or transfers can be arranged if required.
Further details
There is a small supermarket and bar/restaurant with children's play area a short walk away. With 300 days sunshine each year, fresh clean air, blue flag beaches, beautiful nature with unique flora and fauna, many golf courses, watersports, ancient historical sites, places of outstanding natural beauty, low humidity and no visual pollution, there's something for everyone and well worth a visit.
