Superb detached 4 bedroom spacious villa set in landscaped gardens with its own private infinity pool measuring approx 7 x 5 mtrs. The villa is situated in a peaceful location on the Kiziltah hillside with panoramic views looking out over the bay of Kalkan to Mouse and Snake Island. Villa Yunus is tastefully furnished to accommodate 8 people. The villa is approx 15 mins walk down into the old village of Kalkan with its cobbled streets, shops, superb roof top restaurants, beach and harbour. The villa is an ideal base for trips to some of Turkeys finest heritage sites.

Notes on prices
Prices are in UK Pounds per week for the property. For Bookings made before 31st January 2012 for 2012 holidays there will be a 10% discount off villa prices. Please enquire for bookings outside these months as they can be made at a reduced rate.
Changeover day
At present change over day is flexible. If you book a return late departure flight the villa will have to be vacated by 12 noon to allow for cleaning for next guests arriving.

| Kitchen: | Fully fitted kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar, electric oven & ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher, a kettle and toaster. There is also sufficient cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room is situated on the top floor (roof terrace) where you will find a washing machine, ironing board, iron and small sink. The top roof terrace has a wooden table and chairs. |
| Living Rooms: | The Living room with open fireplace has 2 large 3 seater settees two chairs and a coffee table, a satellite TV, DVD, and Hi-Fi system. The living room is Fully air conditioned, with patio doors opening out onto the patio/pool area. |
| Other: | There are two roof terraces one with a barbecue and table and chairs where you can sit out at night and enjoy the cool breeze and glass of wine/efes and look up at the stars at night and down to the bright lights of Kalkan. |

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms and living room are fitted with air conditioning units which can be used for heating if required. The villa has marble floors inside and travertine around the pool area which can become slippery when wet. Children must be aware of this so as to avoid a fall. A welcome pack is provided on your arrival.
Accessibility
Villa Yunus is not suitable for people with mobility problems, due to many steps leading up to the villa from the parking area.
Outside
The villa has a large pool terrace with 8 wooden sun loungers and parasols. There is a barbecue with outdoor eating area table and chairs and landscaped gardens. The private Infinity pool measures approx 7m x 5m the depth is 1.5m there is no shallow end, the pool has built in steps with lighting for nights when the weather is hot and you need to cool off. The pool will be cleaned and maintained on a daily basis.
Coast/Beach
Kalkan beach is a pebble beach at the side of the harbour it is about 5 mins by car or a 15 min walk. Patara beach is a 15 mins drive and has 18km of unspoilt sandy beach set in a national park.Regular dolmus services depart to and from Kaputas and Patara throughout the day. In Kalamar Bay and Kisla there are local beach clubs with bathing platforms and water sports.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman which is approx 1 hour 30mins away.
Antalya airport is three hours away.
Transfers and car hire are competitively priced and can be arranged in fully air conditioned vehicles with English speaking drivers. Local taxis are plentiful and are reasonably priced.
Distances
There are many places of historical interest near to Kalkan, they are Patara beach, Tlos, Letoon, Kekova and Xanthos. Saklient Gorge where the water runs down from the mountains. The Lycian Way which is good for walkers.
Fethiye with its large outdoor market is 1 hours drive from Kalkan.
Further details
Kalkan is an unspoilt village on the turquoise coast famous for its wide variety of restaurants serving Turkish dishes and fresh sea food. alternatively you can take a short trip into the hills and the village of Ismalr with its streams and enjoy a dish of locally caught fresh trout.There are local supermarkets, banks, a post office and many small shops selling their Turkish goods. Kalkan has a weekly market on a Thursday where you can buy local fruit/ veg / spices / cheese /olives.You can take boat trips from the harbour to the islands and many coves around the coast of Kalkan.
Booking notes
If you would like to book our villa a deposit of £100 per week is required to secure booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. A damage deposit of £100 is required with final payment which will be refunded within 2weeks of your return provided there are no major breakages/damages. All damages/breakages must be paid for in full. Please ensure you have your own insurance as we do not have insurance to cover guests for loss of possessions, personal injury, or cancellation.

Well our holiday is now over and what a holiday it was. thank you for the use of your house it is really nice and comfortable. we spent many hours lying by the pool and really enjoyed the facilities. Yusuf is a great guy and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. The Turks are incredibly friendly people and we all left with tremendous respect for them.
Just a note to say thank you for the use of your fantastic villa for our holiday.
We had a great time. Kalkan was as good as before and no doubt go again next year. Yusuf and his brother was as helpful as ever.
