The property is approximately 2 miles from Kalkan which can be accessed by either water taxi in season or alternatively by road. The villa is close to the Mahil beach club which provides sunbathing platforms water sports incl.skiing,doughnuting,and sailing. Restaurant and bar facilities. The property has a private freshwater swimming pool and large terrace with two eating areas. There is a resident housekeeper who lives in a self contained flat on the property and looks after and maintains the property.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning is provided to the bedrooms. The property is not suitable for small children due to the swimming pool and marble/stone stairs.
Accessibility
We would not recommend the property to people with a mobility problem.
Outside
Large terrace with an integral BBQ. Two dining areas one in the shade adjacent to the kitchen the other overlooking the bay.
Coast/Beach
Swimming pontoons 50m to the front of the villa. Petara beach 25 mins from Kalkan with 18 km of sandy beaches with horse riding. Various beach clubs located around Kalkan. Day trips on Gulets that can be booked from Kalkan are recommended. Diving available locally.
Travel
Dalaman is the nearest airport about 2 hours drive away. Car hire is not essential as taxis which are reasonably priced can be used.
Distances
Kalkan village is about 2 miles distance. One can use the boat taxi. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance of the house.

Kalkan boasts over 40 excellent restaurants.
