Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. The prices include electricity, bathroom towels and linen, daily maintenance of swimming pool. Transfer from the airport can be arranged.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. You may be able to arrive and depart from your villa at times to suit you. This, however, depends on the arrival of other guests.

Towels and linen are provided. The bedding will either be changed for you after one week or it can be left with you, if you prefer not to be disturbed. The villa is cleaned after each booking. The swimming pool is attended to daily. |

Outside
Private infinity swimming pool - due to the sloping site, children need to be supervised although the swimming pool includes a separate shallow area suitable for children. Large garden including patio area, outdoor furniture and barbecue.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is 5 mins away by car or local bus. There are 2 swimming areas in Kas with sun bathing, diving and eating facilities. Patara, the largest sandy beach in Europe extending to 18km is only 30 mins away by car or 45 mins by local bus.
Travel
Dalaman airport is approx 2 hrs away. Taxi or car hire can be arranged. The village of Gokseki is serviced by an hourly bus service into Kas commencing at 8am until midnight in season.
Distances
Activities in the area include boat trips (gullet cruises), scuba diving, paragliding, sea kayaking and trekking on the Lycian Way. For those who enjoy sightseeing, you can explore the beautiful mountain scenery, which is dotted with quaint villages and numerous archaeological sites. Well known local attractions include Patara Beach, Saklikent Gorge and the mysterious Chimaera, an eternal flame which springs from the earth on Mount Olympos.

Booking notes
At time of booking a non-refundable holding deposit of 20% will be required with the balance becoming payable 8 weeks before your holiday start date. Cheques made payable to Mrs. P. Mellalieu.
