This one bedroom apartment is set in a quiet position but within 15 minutes walk to the many restaurants and shops in Kalkan and a 15 minute walk to the beautiful Kalamar Bay area. It is situated on the first floor level with a very large balcony which overlooks the gardens, swimming pool and stunning unspoilt sea and mountain views. There is a communal BBQ area and adequate sunbeds and umbrellas provided for use around the pool. It also provides a jacuzzi and small children's pool and is maintained daily by on-site staff.

Monday seems to be a popular day for flights, but changeover day can be flexible depending on current bookings.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The bedroom has twin beds, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet and is air conditioned. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom area has a corner shower cubicle, large basin and WC. The washing machine is installed at one end. |
| Kitchen: | Gas hob, microwave grill, fridge with freezer box, kettle and toaster. All crockery and utensils provided. |
| Utility Room: | No utility room but large balcony can easily accommodate clothes dryer for your washing. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge area is open plan and has two comfortable large size single sofa beds, wardrobe and drawers for guests using sofa beds. The dining area has table and 5 chairs and is adjacent to the kitchen area. Air conditioned. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided. Please provide your own towels for pool and beach use. The apartment is cleaned on a weekly basis with full linen change. A welcome pack is provided for you on your arrival providing you with those initial essentials. |

Outside
The large shared pool has a jacuzzi and children's pool incorporated and is furnished with several comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool has 2 very pleasant garden areas at each end and adjacent is the communal BBQ area, all of which is maintained on-site. The outside areas are well lit by several attractive street lamps making it helpful to find your way when returning home late at night. The apartment has a very large balcony with table, 4 chairs and umbrella - perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner whilst enjoying the stunning views.
Coast/Beach
The town beach is mainly pebbles and is on the east side of the harbour. 10 mins drive on the picturesque road to Kas is the secluded Kaputas beach. Patara beach is well known and has 18km of golden sand, about 20 mins drive and can be reached either by taxi or dolmus. A free taxi service is available to the Yacht Club and Kalamar Beach Club, both provide sunbeds on the large platforms from which you can swim in the sea from, umbrellas, watersports and restaurants.
Travel
Dalaman is the nearest airport and at present is about 1 hour 45 mins drive. A new tunnel is being built which should help reduce travelling time when completed. Transfers can be arranged to and from the airport through a reliable agent we use. Local car hire is available if you wish to travel further afield but is not essential as there is a good bus service and plenty of taxis.
Distances
Several ancient ruins are within easy reach of Kalkan and there are many agencies that will arrange tours for you. The nearby mountain village of Islamlar has a trout farm that provides a restaurant, is excellent value for money and the views are wonderful, 20 mins drive away. Buses run to nearby Kas, a medium sized town with large harbour and banks, 25 mins drive and the harbour town of Fethiye approx 1 hour.
Further details
An abundance of reasonably priced excellent quality restaurants, 2 well stocked supermarkets, plus a weekly market held on Thursday. A pharmacy, dentist and doctor are in the town, plus post office and bank for changing money. It also provides a good selection of shops selling clothes and crafts.

A non-returnable deposit of £100 per week to be paid on booking. Full payment due 6 weeks prior to departure.
