Villa Turkuaz commands stunning mountain views and is a five minute drive or bus ride from Olu deniz and the Blue Lagoon. The perfect holiday home for couples or families, it has 3 toilets, large open plan living area, and a well appointed kitchen with large fridge/freezer. There is air conditioning, Satellite TV and DVD.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. A £200 refundable deposit will be collected by our agents on arrival.
Discounts are available for long term lets. Pricing includes one clean at end of stay, additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra £35.

| Living Rooms: | Open plan kitchen, dining and living area with wide sweeping staircase to upper floor. Log fire, double sofa bed, 2 seater settee, armchair, dining table and chairs, drinks cabinet, coffee table, TV and DVD. Patio doors that open out to pool and garden. |
| Other: | Large master bedroom with picture windows and two balconies offers stunning mountain views. Other bedrooms also have individual balconies and mountain views. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and 6 beach towels are supplied along with all bed linen. The property will be cleaned mid-stay and at the end of the holiday. |

Coast/Beach
Villa Turkuaz is 4km from the world famous Blue Lagoon and Olu Deniz beach.
Travel
Nearest airport is Dalaman (55km) 1.hr 15 mins drive or by taxi. Car hire is not essential as there is an excellent dolmus service, however it is recommended for exploring the beautiful Turquiose Coast.
Distances
Ovacik and Hisaronu are a 10 minute walk from the villa. Fethiye is a 10 minute drive. Whilst a car is not essential, as the local dolmus bus service runs from the main road, a 5 minute walk from the villa, it is recommended.
Further details
Hisaronu has two main supermarkets, Migros and Azda which have a wide selection of fresh and frozen food. There is a weekly fruit and vegetable market in Hisaronu. Hisaronu has a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants which accept payment by credit card, in Turkish Lira, UK pounds and Euros.
Booking notes
To book Villa Turkuaz please contact the owner. A 25% deposit will be taken at the time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks before your arrival. A refundable deposit of £200 should be sent with the final balance and will be refunded within two weeks of your departure from the villa.
