Three bedroom duplex (2 floors) apartment sleeps 5 with sofabed in lounge. Fully air conditioned. 2 shower rooms and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment was completed in May 2005 and is part of the attractive and handily placed ‘Limyra’ complex which is 2 mins walk from the popular village main street of Hisaronu. The complex consists of 34 apartments surrounding a communal pool and has on-site security and maintenance. Limyra nestles at the foot of the Taurus mountains which form an impressive backdrop to terrace relaxation. Hisarnou has a huge choice of restaurants, shops, bars and travel agents offering a range of days out and events. A short walk leads to the main road where you can catch a local bus (Dolmus) to either Olu Deniz with its famous beach and lagoon (5 mins and £1!) or to the main town of Fethiye (15 mins and £1).

Outside
Upper level with outside east facing terrace with mountain views. Lower level with west facing patio with built-in BBQ, over-looking swimming pool. Communal (not heated) swimming pool (May - October) approx 25x10m also small children's pool.
Coast/Beach
5 mins bus ride (£1) to the world famous beach and blue lagoon at Olu Deniz. In the other direction a 15 min bus ride (still £1!) to the harbour town of Fethiye.
Travel
Dalaman airport is 40 mins away. Airport transfers can be arranged (approx cost for 4: £40 each way, for more than 4 £50 each way). Car hire is not necessary.

Booking notes
Our booking form along with the terms and conditions of rental will be forwarded to you by post or e-mail immediately. Please return the booking form together with signed terms and conditions and your non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost within 7 days. This confirms your booking and constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions. The final balance and a £200 returnable security deposit is due within 6 weeks of travel.
