This impressive villa with its three levels and private gardens, commands exquisite panoramic sea views across the bay. Our villa is situated in an excellent location close to all amenities and only 8mins walk to the beach and restaurants of Torba and 6km to Bodrum Centre. Perfectly located for those guests who want to explore Turkey and the Bodrum peninsula or are looking for a lively and adventurous time or for those who simply want to relax and chill out.

Changeover day
Our preferred changover day is Sat, Sun, Mon however we are very flexible on this as travel dates vary depending on departure airport. Please contact us with requirements.

| Kitchen: | The modern fully fitted open plan kitchen has hob/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. There is direct access to a large seated terraced area for perfect al-fresco dining. The kitchen has a lovely view of the pool. |
| Utility Room: | Iron and ironing board, hoover, cleaning utensils, 3 clothes airers with pegs. |
| Living Rooms: | The large comfortable lounge area with sofas is complete with CD/DVD player, Sky Satelite TV, Wi-Fi internet access available, MP3 connectivity, games console and selection of of DVDs. |

Towels and linen are all included in the price. Additional cleaning/linen change is available on request at a small charge. |
Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms and the lounge area. These additionally provide heating if required in cooler months. There is also an open log fire in the lounge.

Outside
There is a large covered terrace area on the ground floor with enclosed private garden and barbecue, a spiral staircase leads up to the first floor terrace. We have a large communal swimming pool, 15x7m separate child's pool, pool side shower and our own sunbeds with covers and bean bags.
Coast/Beach
Torba has a sandy beach it is an 8 minute walk, 15 walk to the marina/harbour.
Golf
Approx 15km from our Villa is the Vita Park Golf Resort, a world-class destination in the heart of the peninsula. The Milas par-7l is a 5,850 meters course offers the charm and challenge of an Old World course with a feel that is reminiscent of traditional Scottish links. Carved from the extraordinary natural environment, the coarse incorporates a sweeping interlace of fairways, preserve areas, wetlands, olive trees, tall protected pines and lakes. Additionally a dedicated 6 hectares Golf Academy, features unrivalled practice and training conditions, facilities and services. The wide double-ended practice range includes numerous target greens and bunkers and several short game areas and putting greens. Also featured is state-of-the-art instructional technology and V1 video equipment for total swing analysis and game improvement. Transfers can be arranged from the Villa to the Course (payable locally).
Travel
Transfer from Bodrum airport (BJV) to the villa is approx. 38kms and takes no more 25 minutes. Transfers can be arranged request at time of booking, (payable locally). Car hire is not essential and you will find most amenities within easy reach. The local 'Dolmus' bus stops near to the Villa and costs 80p to Bodrum Town.
Distances
Torba village 10 mins walk, has a sprinkling of waterside restaurants, shops and an internet cafe. Bodrum is 6km by local dolmus bus, which you can hop on outside the property.

Booking notes
We ask for a non refundable £150 deposit per week, and full payment due 8 weeks prior to departure, late deals will require full payment. £100 security deposit will be added to the balance, and refunded when the keys are returned.
