This is the first year we are letting our lovely, brand new apartment so want to encourage new guests to book early. Being one of the few apartments in Kalkan with a private pool, it is located next to the two top hotels. This apartment offers access to all the local amenities, beach clubs and fabulous restaurants Kalkan has to offer, as well as the benefit of the amazing Spa at the Lykia Hotel less than two minutes away. A Duplex lay-out set over 2 floors, this interior designed property offers a level of luxury & comfort to satisfy the most discerning guest.

Yali Beach Club is a 10 minute walk. Don't miss the luxurious spa and breathtaking terrace restaurant at the Lykia Residence Hotel a 2 minute stroll away.
Unlike many apartments/villas in Kalkan, AquaBlu is a genuine 10 minute walk into Town, so a car is not necessary. Be careful where you book as many properties state a short walk into Town, but often turn out to be in the hills and an awfully steep walk that will take much longer than claimed.

Afterall, we want you to come back next year! We offer a useful welcome pack on arrival with thoughtful additions so you don't have to rush out to the local grocery store as soon as you arrive. We've been honest in our description and the apartment is well equipped to meet the needs of the most discerning guest. The manager keeps the apartment and surroudning communal areas in tip-top condition and we demand everything is kept scrupulously clean for our own enjoyment and that of our guests.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We first visited Kalkan in 2010 and stayed at The Lykia Residence an outstanding hotel which would not be out of place amongst luxurious resorts in Barbados or South of France. We got to know the owner Aslan who was about to start developing the Asfiya Retreat and having seen the build quality of his hotels and other apartments, we were confident he would do a great job. AquaBlu is one of only 3 apartments in this small development with a private pool and is a beautiful light, airy home in Ortalaan, the most exclusive and peaceful area of Kalkan. After lengthy negotiations, we finally completed in 2011. Come and make yourself at home - we're confident you'll have a fabulous time!
Unique benefits of the property
Kalkan proves to offer everything we want from a summer holiday. Imagine a lingering, lazy start over breakfast eiether on your own terrace or one of the local cafes, lazing by your own pool with a good book or your iPod. You can prepare great food at home or enjoy one of the very many and reasonably priced local restaurants for lunch or dinner, drink a little too much wine, then do it all over again the next day or choose one of the many activities locally available. The beautiful communal pool area is ideal for meeting other guests if you want to socialise or you can keep to yourself by your own private pool. Ideal for couples or families, AquaBlu is only a short 10 minute walk from the town centre and harbour, but has the advantage of a peaceful location and no hills to contend with!
