Detached 4 bedroom villa in a complex with a large communal pool and separate children’s pool. Sleeps 8 comfortably. All cooking, washing and ironing equipment provided. Also hairdryers and straigteners. It is a quiet location, but just 10 minutes walk from the beach front and all amenities. There is a water park 20 minutes walk away, that is excellent for entertaining the children. The young staff there are great at keeping young children amused with dancing and games.

Notes on accommodation
The lounge and all bedrooms have air-conditioning which heats as wells as cools. 2 hairdryers and 1 set of hairstraigtners are provided for your use. Please note there is a no-smoking policy in the villa and no pets are allowed. Please be vigilant with children on the marble staircase, balconies and near the water dispenser.

Outside
The ground floor terrace and both the 1st & attic floor balconies have a pool view. The gardens are landscaped and spacious surrounding the villa and there's a large communal pool with separate childrens pool. Sunbeds and parasol are provided along with an assortment of inflatables with an all important electic pump! Car hire is unnecessary, but ample parking is available on the site if required.
Coast/Beach
It is just an easy 10 minute walk to the sand and shingle beach of Calis, where the block paved promanade stretches 6km with bars and restaurants lining the front. The beach provides sunloungers and parasols that you can hire for the day very reasonably. There is a lovely cool breeze on the beach and wonderful sunsets.
Travel
Dalaman airport is a 45 minute drive away, transfers can be arrange at reasonable prices with our agents locally. Car hire is available but unnecessary due to the excellent Dolmus (local minibus) service. You don't even need a bus stop, a wave of the hand when you see one will do. They are very frequent and cheap. You can go to the nearby harbour town of Fethiye, which can also be reached by water taxi. In Fethiye you can get the dolmus to the picturesque Olu Deniz famous for its blue lagoon.

Fethiye is just 2 miles away. Olu Deniz 9 miles.
Further details
You can book numerous trips to surrounding tourist attractions, the area is steeped in history. Places of interest would be the mud baths of Dalyan, which include sailing past the rock tombs and a visit to Turtle Beach. The ghost town of Kaya Koyu. The archaelogical sites at Cadianda, Tlos, Pinara, Xanthos & Letoon. The natural phenomena at Saklikent Canyon,Yakapark, Yaka Village & Pamukkale and also Butterfly Valley. You can even get the hydofoil to the Greek island of Rhodes for the day.
There are a large number of sports also available: watersking, windsurfing, snorkelling, skuba diving, parasailing, quad biking and jeep safari (highly recommended). Paragliding from Babadag mountain, which is over 1950 metres high. You don't need any experience as you ride tandem with an experienced glider. Any trips or car hire you require can be booked through our agents locally.
Booking notes
To secure your booking a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required within 7 days of your enquiry. The balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. All bookings will be confirmed in writing once deposit is received.
