Prices are for the total property per week in UK Pounds. Price does not includes transfer. Transfers can be arranged for a total price of £160 per 8 people (this is for travel both ways). Extra people charged at £20 per person. Needs to be booked at same time as villa booking. The villa accomodates 8 people.

Notes on accommodation
Villa Guller is a private duplex villa comprising of 2 seperate apartments. Each apartment sleeps 4 people. The upper apartment is accessed by an external stairway at the side of the villa. There is no internal link. Great for two families wanting to enjoy time together but still have the ability to get away from one another. There is a shady covered terrace for outdoor dining over looking the pool. The villa is set in nearly 5000sq/m of mature grounds. Each bedroom is air conditioned.
Accessibility
We have welcomed wheelchair users to the villa. Access in and around the villa area is fine due to smooth floors and terrace.
Ramp provided for small rise to villa entrance.
Outside
Outside there is a large private pool solely for our guests use. The pool area is well screened with mature planting. There is also a large garden with fruit trees. Our guests are welcome to pick and eat any of the fruit that is ripe. There is also a large poolside terrace with sufficient sunbeds, chairs and tables for 8 people. There is also a barbecue on the terrace.
Coast/Beach
The local beach is within a 5 - 10 minute walk although the sand is quite coarse.
There are some small authentic Turkish restaurants along the beach front all serving local produce.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman and the prices to rent the villa include your transfers. A car is recommended during your stay and we can arrange for car rental. There is a local, regular bus (dolmus) service.
Distances
The villa is situated on the edge of Hisaronu village. The village is 20km away from the bustling resort of Marmaris. Summers are extremely hot and dry, with daytime temperatures reaching up to 35 degrees, and winters are warm and wet.
Further details
Within a 5 minute walk there is a local market that sells all the basic provisions. There are also a couple of restaurants within a 5 minute walk.
Booking notes
50% of rental to be paid as a deposit. The remainder and a £250 returnable damage deposit is required not later than 30 days before date of departure.

We have had a wonderfully relaxing holiday here at beautiful Villa Guller, thanks mostly to the generous hospitality of Lisa & Paul. The local people are so friendly and welcoming in all the restaurants and shops. Hired a car for a few days just to explore the area. Jones Family.
