This modern duplex apartment is situated overlooking Fethiye / Karagozler Bay. It is close to local shops and the town centre and has the most stunning views.The sun terrace on the top level has a built in bbq,great for sunbathing and evening meals/ drinks whilst watching the beautiful sunset. Although there is no pool the local hotels allow non residents to use theirs if drinks are purchased.Karagozler is a sought after area of Fethiye as it is picturesque and quiet, yet only 15minutes walk into Fethiye town center with its shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. Buses run every 10minutes. There are many tourist attractions in the area including an ampitheatre, rock tombs and a working boat yard with plenty of opportunities for boat trips to nearby islands and beaches. There is a short climb from the lower road to this the next level up, there is a long drop from the roof terrace so young children will need to be carefully watched.

Changeover day
We will try and be flexible on all times but, we may ask that you vacate the property by midday to allow cleaning time before the next guests. If there are no guests following, you may remain in the property until you leave for the airport.

Outside
There are 2 terrace areas, sunbeds, tables and chairs supplied. There is a built in bbq on the top terrace.
Coast/Beach
The sea is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The nearest beach is 20 minutes walk away It is a pebble beach with a nice restaurant /bar which provides live music in the evening. The famous Blue Lagoon is in Oludeniz 45 minutes away by bus, 20 mins by car. This is sandier. Calis beach can be reached by road or water taxi.This is a pebble beach. Patara is worth a visit for the ruins and long sandy beach.
Golf
Golf is 3 hours drive away in Belek. There is one to open soon in Dalaman 45 minutes away.
Special interest holidays
The surrounding forest and mountain areas around are very good for walkers.
Sailing, Fishing , Diving are great sports here. Calis beach has wind and kite surfing and Olu deniz (the blue lagoon) has paragliding, microlighting and gyrocopter rides. There is a lot of local history in Fethiye and the area has something for everyone, maybe just swimming and sunbathing or shopping in the markets!
Travel
Dalaman is the nearest airport 45 minutes away. Car hire can be arranged if required but not essential. Transfers from the airport can be arranged through us.
Distances
Fethiye town centre is 10 - 15 minutes walk with bars and restaurants. At the lively fish market in the town centre you can buy freshly caught fish and give it to a surrounding restaurant to cook for you. Fethiye's Tuesday market is huge and excellent for buying clothes, shoes, items for the home and local fresh produce, teas and spices.

Booking notes
On booking we require a 15% deposit, the balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your holiday. With the balance monies we also request £100.00 breakages deposit to be returned within 7 days of your departure. On arrival our representative will meet you the following morning to advise on the area and ensure all is well.
