Villa Nerium is a holiday home from home. The villa itself sleeps 8 comfortably in its 4 double bedrooms and boasts a host of luxury features to make sure your stay is both a pleasant and indeed a comfortable one. Relax and enjoy a peaceful breakfast by the private pool as you ponder your itinerary for the forthcoming day and take in the scenery of the world renowned Bodrum peninsula and its inviting azure blue sea. The villa is air-conditioned throughout with a large lounge/dining room which has 2 patio doors that lead onto a large terrace that has views over the bays and coastline. From the lounge there is a fully equipped kitchen that also has a patio door that leads onto the terrace that is equipped for alfresco dining where you can take in the spectacular sunsets over the Greek Islands.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is furnished to a high standard and is air-conditioning throughout. The accommodation is ideal for families and couples alike. It has its own private gardens, a large covered patio with dining facilities, a barbecue near the private pool (sized 6 x 3.5m approx). Garden/terrace furniture, a balcony that has recliners.

Outside
Yalikavak is surrounded by some of the most spectacular scenery of the Bodrum Peninsula.The relaxed atmosphere makes it the perfect resort for those who want to experience the real Turkey, providing simple, authentic local life at low prices. Home to fishermen and sponge divers and a haven for yachts, the small habour is lined with traditional Turkish restaurants. The charming village square is a popular meeting place with its many authentic coffee houses and its here along one of the cobbled streets where you can do a spot of shopping. There are lovely beaches and bays that have beautiful safe clear waters. There are many shops in the traffic free centre and every week the town hosts one of the biggest fruit, vegetable and clothing markets on the Bodrum peninsular. The traffic free sea front walk way which stretches from the secluded beaches at the north end of the bay right though the village to the new marina at the south side of the bay is wonderful for families and couples.

The coast/ beach is a 5 minutes walk away.

Travel
Bodrum Milas Airport is 60 minutes drive from the villa along a breathtaking coastal road. Car hire is recommended but not essential. Assistance with flights transfers and car hire if required.

Distances
10 minutes by car to Gumusluk (rabbit island as it is sometimes referred to).
15 minutes by car to Yalikavak sea front.
10 minutes to the new marina at Yalikavak (with its wonderful shops and cafes as well as an ampitheatre).

Further details
Close to the villa you can find sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, scuba diving. Gulet Cruises can be arranged from one to seven days. On the road to Bodrum after around 35 minutes you pass the aqua park, carry on for a futher 5-10 minutes and you are in Bodrum itself, with its many shops, restaurants, castle and international marina.

Booking notes
Pay a deposit of 25% 5 days after booking, pay the balance 56 days before your holiday. A breakage deposit of £200 is required which is returned 10 days after departure.
