Zeytin villa is just 5 mins walk to the town centre & local beach & a 3 minutes walk to Kalkan's weekly market and has free use of a nearby hotel’s pool just 3 minutes walk away. There is also a supermarket a couple of minutes walk away. Great location for access to everything you would like to do and a lovely villa to come back and relax at. Digiturk satellite is also available.

Outside
Zeytin Ev is one of 11 privately owned villa’s each set in their own garden. The patio has table with 4 chairs and is gently shaded by a beautiful olive tree. There are also 2 comfortable reclining chairs and a sunlounger in the garden.
Coast/Beach
A 5 mins walk to Kalkan’s pretty harbour and beach. There are also 5 beach clubs to choose from, 3 of them a short (free) boat ride away from the harbour. The beach clubs do charge a small fee. All types of water sports are available for the energetic. Patara beach is a 20 mins drive away it’s about 17km of beautiful golden sand. Truly unspoilt as it’s a turtle nesting ground.
Special interest holidays
Boat trips can be arranged, private or shared on our boat. A day out at sea with a wonderful BBQ lunch with as much swimming, snorkelling or fishing as you like. Diving courses are available for those more adventurous. Canoeing is also available.
Travel
Dalaman airport is approx 2 hours away. Antalya airport approx 3 hours. Transfers from airport in either an air conditioned car or mini bus can be arranged. I can also arrange car hire at excellent rates. As the villa is centrally located a car isn’t really necessary but you may want to explore and see the surrounding sites.
Distances
Kalkan is situated on the Turquoise coast between the towns of Fethiye and Kas. Nestled in a bay at the foot of the Taurus Mountains the area affords spectacular sea and mountain views. There are many areas of historical and geographical interest within a short driving distance. Patara, Xanthos, Thios, Myra and Saklikent gorge, approx 1 hour away.
Further details
Kalkan’s centre is a little maze of cobbled streets and bougainvillea covered houses and shops. Kalkan is sleepy during the day. Wander about, shop or just sit back with a cold beer and watch the world go by. At night Kalkan comes alive as people come down to the centre to dine at one of the many excellent restaurants, many have roof terraces with superb views of the bay. After dinner you can relax at one of the bars. Kalkan has a bank with a cash point, post office, supermarkets, the usual array of shops selling jewellery, carpets, shoes, handbags, clothes, ceramics, paintings and of course Turkish delight. There are also doctors’ surgeries, pharmacies and a dentist, but lets hope these are not needed.

Kalkan offers all the attractions for an action packed holiday The villa allows you to enjoy the quieter moments in comfort and luxury. A superb accommodation with all the modern "cons". It combines true Turkish hospitality with an English touch. You are made to feel at home here. The gardens mature trees offer welcome shade and the beautiful views from all the bedrooms are making the villa unique.
