The Villa benefits from a closed hallway with cloakroom opening to an open plan lounge/kitchen area that opens on to the large terrace with informal seating and dining table. On the first floor is the family bathroom, a double bedroom and 2 twin rooms. The third floor encompasses another double bedroom with it's own bathroom. The pool area benefits from sun all day long. The property further benefits from front and rear gated entrances, the front being by electric gate.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art Bosche equipment to include, Halogen hob, separate oven and grille, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and american fridge/freezer. There is a standalone water dispenser for ice cold water. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room comprises a 2 seater sofa, 3 seater sofa and armchair, plasma TV, DVD unit and a large selection of DVD's and CD's. There is a breakfast bar to seat four, although you will prefer to eat outside. |
| Other: | The pool area can be lit at night and there is a large stone built BBQ area to the side. Down the side of the property is a whirlygig washing line that is in direct sunlight. Very handy for drying clothing and swimming cossies! |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels and linen are provided for and beach towels will be added upon my next visit. Villa is cleaned after every occupation and the linen changed every week. However, a washing machine is provided should you wish to wash anything during your stay. |

Notes on accommodation
A cot, high chair and buggy will be provided upon my next visit to the property and will be free. My English agents are always on hand should you require any help or information.
We will always be flexible on occupancy start times/dates and ending times/dates dependent on other users arrangements. Transfers can be arranged for you to and from the airport. Anyone booking three weeks or more will benefit from free transfers. Anyone booking four weeks, pays for three and benefits from free transfers.
Accessibility
I am sorry but the Villa is not suitable for disabled occupancy.
Outside
The pool is a private pool within the grounds of the Villa. It is attended to every day or other day dependent on use by my agents. There are ample loungers and chairs and a large BBQ area is situated just off the pool area. The pool area looks very attractive when lit up at night. The property can be entered/ exited by front or rear gates, the front being electric. The terrace has a large granite dining table and some informal seating.
Coast/Beach
As mentioned the local beach is just 15 mins walk away. The local market every Sunday is just 15 mins walk away. The main town of Fethiye is around 3 kms away and can be reached by very cheap Dolmus Bus or by the very cheap and must do boat taxi from Calis. There are many things to do in and around the area and I would encourage you to explore. Many places offer arranged tours and do not use hard sell tactics. Ask my agents for further information.
Skiing
The skiing resort of Seki is 45 minutes away and is easily accessed by car. The snow arrives in November and stays until at least March. It is, therefore, possible to ski in the morning and sunbathe in the afternoon on occasion.
Special interest holidays
There is a large ex-pat community in Fethiye and the surrounding area. You will find that painting, drawing, walks, cooking classes and language classes can be organised very easily by talking to ex-pats or looking at most notice boards in hotels, bars and restaurants.
Travel
Dalaman Airport is the nearest airport serving the area and this is just 45 minutes away. Transfers can be arranged for you and are very reasonable. They are subject to numbers in your party. Car hire is widely available for the restless among you and again, is very reasonable. From the main town of Fethiye, 3 kms away, day trips to Rhodes can be purchased, again, at a a very reasonable rate.
Distances
Calis beach is just 15 minutes walk away, Gunlukbasi is just 5 minutes walk away. There are local grocery type shops everywhere, where you can pick up minor essentials, bread, milk, butter etc. There are many tourist attractions in and around and as day trips including the famous Blue Lagoon in Oludeniz and the ghost town at Kayakoy. Be sure to take advantage of the many excursions available.
Further details
In the local area there are many ATM's available accepting all major cards. Please do not purchase local currency at the airport. A very poor rate is on offer. Generally speaking most restaurants and bars and excursions can be paid in sterling, dollars, euro's or local currency which is the Turkish Lira YTL. Calis beach has 4km of restaurants available and the choice is plentiful and very reasonable. A family of four can eat very well with drinks for around £25 at many places. The local cuisine is very good and generally is made up of home made dishes. However, all types of food are available. All the major banks are in the main town of Fethiye just 3km away. Apologies, no all male/female parties accepted.
Booking notes
Bookings can be made by phone or email. A deposit of 30% is required once your booking is confirmed. Deposits will not be refunded within 3 months of departure. Final balance must be paid 8 weeks before departure. Bookings of 3 weeks or more will benefit from free transfers. Late bookings subject to offer, please enquire. Payments can be made by Bank transfer, cheque, Paypal or cash in person. There are no hidden fees for this Villa.

About the owner
We are a family of five who love Turkey very much. We had this Villa built in 2003 after holidaying in the area since 1995. We have furnished to a high standard and love our little piece of paradise. We generally love to lounge around the pool and have nightly BBQ's and splashing around in the beautifully lit pool area. We visit the Villa 3-4 times a year and never tire of the beauty of the Country and the welcome from all the lovely people we have met there.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Turkey is generally very cheap to visit. A pint is around £1.10 and a family of four can eat out with drinks for around £25 in most restaurants. Some evenings we venture out to the many restaurants to savour the many varieties of food available. From homemade pizza's to succulent thick steaks. A must try is the famous Iskender Kebab a local dish which will leave you wanting more and more. Try the beachfront restaurants with their theme nights. Here you can experience BBQ nights, bellydancing nights and plain old dancing or Karaoke nights. All great fun. Try the twice weekly market for a bartering experience. There are many items to buy on the huge markets and at very cheap prices. Take a look at the fresh locally grown fruit and veg stalls!
Unique benefits of the property
Our Villa is close enough to the action but far enough away so as not to disturb. For a peaceful or fun packed holiday, you can have it all here. The temperatures through the year are very Mediterranean in that June, July and August are very, very hot. April through May are hot but comfortable as is September through October. The Villa is entirely private within it's own grounds. Our Turkish neighbours are very nice and speak some English. They are very helpful should you encounter any problems. Through the front entrance gate the Villa has it's own covered space to park a car should you hire one. A short walk away will find some apart hotels who are very welcoming if you want a change of scenery and have pools and bars for you to use.
