Changeover day
We are flexible with changeover days, as with departure and arrival times as our maintenance company is on hand 24/7

| Living Rooms: | upper level comprises open plan kitchen/dining area seats up to six, downstairs lounge area seats further six. Stereo, TV, DVD player. French doors leading to 40 sq.m. terrace with seating area to admire stunning views. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bathroom towels are provided, as is bed linen and kitchen linen. Bed linen will be changed at least once over a letting of 2 weeks. Towel changed once per week. |

Air conditioning is installed in all rooms. The pool is one depth throughout and is approx 1.5 metres in depth.It is cleaned thoroughly daily. Baby/child buggy also provided for your use.

Outside
The gardens to the villa are private and quiet, landscaped to a very high standard. There is a tropical area with banana and palm trees, a secluded seating area is also within the garden this consists of grape vines, buddlia and scented jasmine. The 2 terrace areas are 40 sq metres and marbled, there are 6 sun loungers and 2 parosols. Table and chairs to seat 6 on both terraces. Also a stone built bbq is located in the garden. The private kidney shaped pool enjoys the sun all day.
Coast/Beach
The main beach at Olu Deniz is large and very beautiful, only 10 mins away by dolmus or car. Regular dolmus service every 5 mins. The lagoon at Olu Deniz is 20 mins by dolmus. The lagoon is a protected area due to its stunning natural beauty, there is a lovely beach area at the lagoon.
Golf
A golf course has recently been opened in Dalaman, near the airport, about a 45 minute drive from Ovacik.
Travel
Dalaman airport is approx 60km from Ovacik and transfers can be arranged at a reasonable cost.
For guests wishing to explore Turkey, car hire is recommended but not essential as there are lots of good local tour companies who are ready to assist.
Distances
The lively resort of Hisaronu is 10 mins away, lots of restaurants & bars. Fethiye, the main town is 20 mins away and boasts the real turkish atmosphere.
For history, the village of Kaya Koy (ghost village) is 20 mins away by car or dolmus, well worth a visit.
Further details
Supermarkets are open from very early till very late in the evening, the best shopping is done in Fethiye, tuesday is market day when you can buy just about anything.
There are many activies to be found in Olu Deniz, you can enjoy boat trips, paragliding, diving, pedaloes, rafting, mirolight flights.
The canyon at Saklikent is a wonderful day out, cost 2 million tl (80p) we will leave info.
