Spacious four bedroom villa air-conditioned with games room. Ideal location only 4 minutes stroll to the centre of Hisaronu yet in a quiet location. Fantastic sun terrace with fantastic views. Can sleep up to 10 people. Mosquito nets on windows, washing machine, DVD and TV provided. It also has wrought iron gates which can be securely closed at the top of the terrace steps making it a secure area for small children to play. Inside the property is spacious, light and airy with a feature marble staircase leading upstairs, as well as a cloakroom with toilet and wash basin - great for use during the day when in and out of the pool. We have a large games room with a full size table tennis table great fun for adults and children alike. The design of the villa also makes it particularly suitable for two families to share giving each their own privacy and separate shower-rooms.

Notes on accommodation
On opening the front door you enter the light and spacious living area. There is a dining table and chairs two sofas one being a sofa bed and a flat screen lcd t.v with satellite channels and dvd player. There is a selection of DVDs/CDs at the villa. Patio patio doors that open out onto the terrace and overlook the pool. Has a spacious fitted spacious kitchen. Downstairs cloakroom on this level. There are two staircases leading from the lounge area and we have installed wrought iron safety gates to the flight leading to the lower ground floor which can be closed if you are travelling with small children. Air-conditioning is fitted for your comfort.
First floor has a double master bedroom with en suite and private balcony. Also a twin room with private balcony and large shower room.
Lower ground floor has spacious double bedroom with balcony and a twin bedroom. Shower and toilet on this level.
There is also a games room with a table tennis table in both units.
Outside
Both units have their own private swimming pool with sun loungers. Unit 1 has a standard barbecue. Unit 2 has a built in barbecue.
Our favourite place the fantastic covered terrace! The position of our villa makes this such a wonderful area. This is quite private and gives views over the swimming pool and the pine forest and mountains. You will I am sure spend lots of time here either having all those alfresco meals reading books, or playing those family games or simply watching the children having endless fun in the pool. The terrace gives welcome shade during the heat of the midday sun and is plenty big enough to accommodate sun loungers should you wish to have a mid day snooze, but also due to its position allows you to enjoy the very last of the evening sun too. There are wrought iron gates which can be securely closed to prevent young children gaining access to the swimming pool however they should be fully supervised at all times!
Coast/Beach
Only a four minute walk from the villa and you can get a Dolmus (bus) and its only an 8 minute ride to the famous Oludeniz beach which hosts the fantastic "Blue Lagoon".
The Blue Lagoon is an enclosed beach area and has been voted one of the top 5 beaches in the world.
Travel
Nearest airport is Dalaman which is a 50 minute transfer to Hisaronu. We can arrange all transfers for you at very competitive prices. Car hire can be obtained for approx £15/£20 per day although a car is not needed in this location as everything is easily accessible and you are only a 4 minute ealk from town.
Distances
You are only a 4 minute walk to the centre of Hisaronu and only a 15 minute bus ride to Fethiye and an 8 minute ride to the fantastic Oludeniz beach.
Further details
Hisaronu has many fantastic places to see and visit as well as a fantastic night life.
Being only a 4 minute walk from the centre of town you are never far away from action yet 5 minutes walk in the other direction and you are in the forest. Water park is only 10 minutes away and the fantastic Ghost Town is only a 10 minutes bus ride away.
You will be provided with a guide of the best places to visit and eat (price guide and ratings included) when you get to the villa.
With two villas available you can book both villas and have up to 18 people on holiday together in adjoining villas.
Booking notes
To book you need to pay a 25% deposit. Full balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival. At this time you will need to pay a £200 refundable deposit in addition to your final balance. This deposit is refundable within 7 days of your holiday ending subject to their being no damage to the property.

The owners is Independent Financial Adviser, Horse racing syndicate owner and Boxing Promoter Steve Goodwin.
Steve has been in business for 25 years and has apart from being a successful businessman has developed a love for Turkey having holidayed there for 7 years.
Steve wants to ensure that everyone visiting his villa has a really enjoyable experience and hopes they loves Hisaronu as much as he does.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Hisaronu offers everything to everybody! This is the one location in the world which I can safely say that about. It is very very safe for everyone and unlike many other countries the people are extremely nice and friendly. I am extremely lucky to have met some many nice friends in Hisaronu and I am sure you can do the same. I have two children aged 21 and 16 who both love the destination. If you want a lively holiday you can have that with bars open until 5 in the morning yet it is not an 18-30 type resort.
If you want peace and quiet you can have that too. If you want sight seeing there is so much to see and so many trips to go on.
Young, middle aged or old. This is the ideal location for you.
Unique benefits of the property
I specifically wanted a villa within short walking distance to the town centre and shops. This villa is only a 4 minute walk yet is in a quiet location. Too many villas in Hisaronu are located too far away from shops etc so I would urge everyone to ensure that they stary in a central location. 25 minutes walk is too long in the heat!
