Both villa's, are situated side by side in a quiet residential area although not part of a complex, is not far from all of the normal holiday requirements inc 2 small Supermarkets (50 Mtrs away) Situated alongside a main road with a bus stop outside for a bus service to Town, yet only 12 minutes walk will get you to the sea and Altinkum's 5 beautiful beaches. Altinkum means 'golden sands' There are plenty of water sports and boat rides available for the more active or you can hire a sun lounger and just laze the days away on any Beach. Altinkum is basically a very flat area with a well kept tree lined Roads and a promenade lined with shops, bars, and restaurants that seem to go on for miles and are open till very very late, with a lot of them magically turning into a host of Cabaret clubs, Karaoke bars and Discos at night time. Every restaurant has a pick-u-up from home and return service which is free of charge. The Villa's are out of earshot of any noise making establishments.

Notes on prices
Prices are per week in Sterling. £100 non refundable deposit to secure booking. Balance due 10 weeks prior to departure plus £150 breakages deposit, refundable 2 wks post holiday. Where overlapping dates occur, a pro rata rate will apply. Winter prices are negotiable. Odd nights at £120 per nt. We have slashed our early and late Season prices for 2011, was £750 per wk, now £690 and £500 respectively. Don't delay book today!
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible, dependent upon availability. In the event of consecutive bookings, incoming clients check in from 4pm, outgoing clients check out by 10am. We will inform you if this is necessary although it is a very rare occurrence.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned. 1 x jacuzzi bathroom with over bath shower, sink and wc. 3 x shower rooms, sink and wc, all have bidets. Modern fully fitted kitchen/dining room with balcony, gas and electric hob and oven, huge fridge/freezer, microwave, Dishwasher, toaster, kettle, washing machine, drying Maiden, and ironing board + iron.Lounge area newly furnished in modern style, 2 x 3 seat settees, and 2 easy chairs. TV ( English channels), DVD player with an assortment of DVDs. Large South facing balcony off the living room area. All balconies fully furnished. The villa is equipped with an Alarm System, wall safe, security shutters and grills. Security lights all around and off road secure parking. All bedding and towels are provided but you should supply your own beach towels. |

Notes on accommodation
The properties are ideal for couples and families because of their quiet location. Bookings from groups of young single people will not be accepted. We therefore require a description of the make up of your party at the time of enquiry. We are able to cater for really large groups up to 26 Pax + Cots by using both Villa's. Wi Fi Broadband connections planned for both Villas for 2012 season at no extra charge.
Accessibility
Not much mobility for wheelchairs, too many steps and stairs.
Outside
The local beaches have all the usual activities such as snorkelling, jet skis, etc., & your holiday villa has a fantastic brick built gas operated BBQ, on a large South facing Patio area surrounding the private pool which is a generous 40sqm in size. The patio area is surrounded by lawns and trees.
Coast/Beach
All 5 Beaches are made up of a fine grain Golden sand stretching on and on, broken only by a little Harbour. Here you may book your day or evening Boat excursions, and you can even hire a Boat and Skipper to go fishing, or visit another part of the Coast, or leave your destination to the Skip, and just have a nice relaxing Boat trip. The Town planners of Altinkum are very Tourist minded reflected in the layout of the tree lined roads and promenades which look really attractive.
Golf
There is a nine hole golf course planned for our immediate area. Watch this space.
Skiing
On water only.
Special interest holidays
Nearby sightseeing includes. 'The Temple of Apollo', and the Ancient City of Ephesus. Altinkum also boasts of an Aqua Park, and a fairground, also a very large roofless disco holding 2000 pax, this is one of about 4 or 5 disco's in the town. We can especially reccomend a daytime boat trip for good family fun. Any of the above plus Tailor made excursions and Car Hire can be booked through our Agent Tommy who can arrange for you to be picked up at the \villa for most of them.
Travel
Bodrum Airport is less than an hour away, but Altinkum can also be served by Izmir Airport, which is just 90 mins away, or Dalaman 2 hours 30 mins. Airport transfers from any airport can be arranged by us with our agent and friend Tommy, who is also our keyholder and in charge of cleaning, laundry, booking excursions, and either he or Saheen will sort out any problems that might arise during your stay on a 24/7 basis.
Distances
Less than a Kilometre to the town of Altinkum with all its beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. There is a bus (Dolmush) that stops right outside the Villa's every half hour to take you to the Beach, Didim town, or the Market. The cost is 1.75TL ( 40p ). This is the fare on any Bus to any destination in the area, cheap huh!
Further details
The nearest large town is Didim which is basically a thriving commercial area, but here too there are a lot of bars, shops, restaurants, banks, and supermarkets. Here every Saturday you will find the biggest indoor market you have ever seen, where you can buy literally anything. Didim is again about a 17 minute walk from the Villa.
Booking notes
£100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, (full amount if within 10 wks of departure,) the balance is due 10 weeks before departure. A £150 breakages deposit is payable with your balance, and will be refunded to you 2 wks post holiday depending upon our agents report. You will be required to pay £70 towards the cost of cleaning. If you choose to pay the full amount at time of booking, you may deduct 5% of total. This offer applies for peak date bookings, expires 31st Jan.
