The quaint town of Kemer is a traditional Turkish town with shops, cafes and restaurants centered around a town square. It offers peaceful living of unspoilt Turkey with the added benefit of being within easy reach of many larger towns and attractions. Kemer is situated just 1.5 hours from Dalaman airport. The uninterrupted views from the villa are of the rural valley surrounded by mountains that are snow capped some 5 months of the year. With an area of 60,000 square meters there is plenty of space for shared indoor and outdoor amenities that are on offer in the self contained resort. In order to enjoy Kemer and its surrounding area’s a hire car is highly recommended.

Weekly amount for 4 people, £50 extra for each additional person up to a maximum of 8.
Changeover day
Change over day is flexible. The property is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by noon of the day of departure.

Coast/Beach
Oludeniz (40 minute drive).
Oludeniz is a small resort village in the Fethiye region. It remains one of the most photographed beaches within the Mediterranean. The beach itself is a pebble beach, however, the amazing lagoon means that it is ranked within the top 5 beaches in the world by Travellers and Journals alike.
Callis beach (30 minute drive).
Patara beach (30 minute drive).
Golf
There are choice of 3 golf courses within an hours drive. Golf clubs are available at each venue, so all you have to do is decide which golf club you want to visit or why not try all three!
Skiing
For all those that love the piste, skiing is available in Seki and is about a 50 minute drive from the villa.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman (1 hours 30 minutes). Car hire is highly recommended and further details about prices and where to hire from are available on request.
Distances
Kemer (10 minute drive).
This is the nearest town to the complex. It offers shops, restaurants, cafes. Kemer is a rustic Turkish town which has a local market on Fridays.
Fethiye (30 minute drive).
Fethiye is one of Turkey's well-known tourist centres and is especially popular during the summer. In Fethiye you can enjoy a number of water sport activities, diving, paragliding, boat trips and many more.
Further details
Saklikent Gorge (30 minute drive). This is a must see attraction. The gorge and surrounding areas were turned into a National Park in 1996. The park covers an area of 1,643 hectares and is also noted for its rich flora. There are also restaurants on the other side of the river complete with platforms built over the river making an ideal place for a relaxing drink or snack.Ruins in Tlos (30-40 min drive) - Fethiye was a harbour at the Lycian-Karian frontier, named as Telmessos in the antique period. The Telmessos antique city is a unique sample as a residential center along the mediterranean shoreline. An absolutely fabulous day out with the added benefit of a history lesson.

A non refundable deposit of 25% of the holiday price is required to secure the property. All payments can be made by Cheque or Bank Transfer only. Sorry we do not accept card payments.
The dates you require will be held available for up to 7 days from the date of enquiry, pending receipt of your booking deposit.
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the booking conditions.
No Hen/Stag Parties allowed.

I went with my 2 young children and husband, the kids were at the their happiest in the pool and did not want any excursions, although, saying that we thoroughly enjoyed the boat trip as the scenery is breathtaking and there were plenty of stops for the kids to swim in crystal clear waters. Fethiye has something for everyone, I went with my wife and children who are in their 20's, they loved the local market where they got many bargains and we enjoyed al fresco dining most days. This villa is owned by 3 siblings. We live very different lives in the UK, however, we are unanimous about the sheer beauty that Turkey has to offer.
We have been visiting Turkey since we were children and fell in love with it straight away.
An opportunity came our way to buy this stunning villa and it was a natural decision to do so in a place that we now class as our second home. Like they say 'the rest is history'
The villa offers a real feel of Turkey in a village that we can only describe as rustic and breathtaking.
