All of the bedrooms have stunning harbour views. Guests have privileges to use any of the Club Patara facilities including tennis courts, four swimming pools, health club, restaurants, bars and water sports. Villa Bellevue is a great place to relax, and an ideal base to explore Kalkan and the surrounding area.

Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible, although Monday is the usual day for changeovers.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen has a cooker, oven, fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is furnished with two sofas, two armchairs and a coffee table. The living room is finished in natural stone and features a traditional Turkish carpet as its centrepiece. The living room opens out to the large veranda. |

The villa will be cleaned weekly including change of towels and linens. |

Outside
The large, curved veranda offers sun and shade for sunbathing or dining outdoors. It is quite large, and offers a panoramic view of Kalkan Harbour, the hills beyond, and the area of Club Patara. There is a barbecue on the varanda. Club Patara has 4 pools which guests can use; an adult pool, a main pool, an indoor pool and a children's pool.
