Villa Passion is a real stone beautiful holiday home in ottoman, Mediterranean style with private large swimming pool and a beautiful garden over 1500m2. On the outside: an abundant terrace – with plenty of open space for sitting by the pool sun bathing or shaded area for reading a book and watching the views. Adjacent to the pool: a traditional build grill and stone covered veranda with dining table overlooking the pool and garden – all surrounded by lush landscaping. Villa Passion is located within 10min walk to the historical Village Kaya and 15 min by car to Fethiye and Ölüdeniz.

In the price is included a welcome breakfast, traditional Turkish lunch or dinner. Prices are for the Villa, per week, not per person. No hidden extra charges. Prices do not include flights and airport transfer costs. Bookings are confirmed by a 25% non-refundable deposit with balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation prior to 30 days before commencement of holiday will repay 50%, less than 30 days 0%. Luxury lunch,dinner or breakfast included for your arrival. Discounts for late bookings may apply. Location Information: The Kaya valley is just a ten-minute drive from Ölü Deniz yet a million miles away in terms of ambience and the typical visitor of this area. The valley floor is surrounded by the peaks of the surrounding mountains which stretch to the very ends of the Fethiye Peninsula. Tracks and single-track roads wind along the valley floor through tiny hamlets, past fields full of wheat and tobacco and finally onto the region’s secluded beach at Gemiler. Kayaköy is, of course, now famed for being the inspiration for Louis de Bernières novel Birds without Wings. The Greek village of Kaya was abandoned following the forced exchange of populations agreed between Turkey and Greece in 1926. Until then it had been a thriving community for centuries and at the time of the exchange had a population of 20,000. In the intervening years the town has been left to crumble into disrepair leaving in its wake an eerie and fascinating ‘Ghost Village’ set in the most beautiful of rural valleys.
