The apartment is on a hill and has steps which may not be suitable for some people.

A 20% non refundable deposit is due at time of booking.
A £200 refundable damage deposit cheque is also due at the time of booking, it will be returned two weeks after the holiday.
The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before departure.

Just a line to tell you how much my wife and I and my son and his family enjoyed our stay in your apartment. It was perfect for our requirements and so well equipped with a lovely garden and a balcony with a shaded area.We thought the position was beautiful and the surroundings gorgeous with superb views and the well tended garden with lovely flowers.
We have recommended the apartment to several people we met on holiday. My wife remarks that it is the best equipped apartment she has ever been to and ideal for our six year old grand daughter who came with us.

About the owner
We are an Irish Couple who started going to Bitez with our four children ten years ago. We made the decision to buy in 2004 and boy that was one of the best decisions that we have ever made. We bought the property not for rental but for ourselves and our family to enjoy. We now have three of our children in College so hence the need to rent the apartment for a few weeks each year. We go as often as possible, sometimes for a week-end! We look upon it as our home and as such have furnished it likewise. We love Bitez and the surrounding area and have made some life long friends. I look upon B-Life (the name of Complex) as my Sanctuary. We would like anyone who stays in B-Life to feel like they are at home.
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We bought the apartment because we loved coming to Bitez . It has a lovely view of the sea and the mountains.

It has every mod con, a lovely private garden as well as a good sized balcony. Easy access to the beach and to local transport.
