A Luxury apartment on a small privately owned complex with easy access to the beach and town. Torba is a small but sophisticated resort, popular with discerning Turkish visitors and renowned for its fish restaurants. The apartment has air-conditioning, a master bedroom, a twin bedded room and double bed sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a comfortable living room with satellite TV and DVD player and a large private terrace. There are large communal gardens with a 15m swimming pool, ample sundecks together with a dedicated area for ball games and sports. The apartment is ideal for people who want easy access to the bustle of Bodrum town but prefer to live in more peaceful surrounds.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week (based on the number of guests) in UK Pounds. Longer term lets in low/off Season can be discussed on an individual basis. £50 discount on 2009 bookings made before end January.
Changeover day
Monday is the normal changeover day which covers the majority of UK flights. Wherever possible, we will be flexible. Accommodation is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and check out is 12 noon on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is situated on the ground floor next to the swimming pool, making children supervision easy. Minibuses stop outside the complex every few minutes for the short ride to Bodrum town and there are restaurants and a supermarket 100m away. There is a large private car park within the complex.

Accessibility
The apartment is situated on the ground floor in a flat area with good, well lit paths making access easy. It is less than 50m from the local bus stop.
Outside
The complex consists of only 16 apartments and the communal gardens are large with a communal 15m swimming pool. There is an extensive sundeck and lawns with loungers and umbrellas. For the active, there is a designated fenced area for ball games and a separate area with swings and a seesaw. The private terrace features a dining table with seating for six.
Coast/Beach
The beach is 200m away from the apartments. Our guests have access to all the facilities at a boutique hotel nearby with an extensive water sports programme and a la carte restaurant.
Golf
There is a brand new golf course some 15 miles away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Bodrum Milas, approx 35km away. We are happy to arrange private chauffeur transfers. Car hire is not essential as public transport is excellent, regular and cheap.
Distances
The local restaurant and supermarket are 100m from the complex. There are plenty of bars and restaurants as well as Torba Marina within a 15 minute walk around the beach.
Bodrum town is 4kms away and has the Mausoleum of Halikarnus, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, an historic amphitheatre and the famed Bodrum Castle.
Kos is serviced by daily ferries taking approximately one hour.
Further details
There is a daily fruit and vegetable market for local produce in Torba with more extensive clothing and souvenir stalls on a Monday.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 is payable at booking with the balance to be paid six weeks before travel. A returnable deposit of £200 is payable for damages and breakages.
