The Rüya Apartment is part of the exclusive Emir complex, which is set in an exceptional location with stunning unobstructed views over Kalkan and its Bay. Although in a quiet and peaceful location the complex is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk of Kalkan Old Town and its many attractions and amenities. This desirably positioned, duplex apartment has been finished to an exceptionally high standard and has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. The apartment includes all the facilities you would expect to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible – including air-conditioning throughout, satellite LCD TV, Wi-fi internet access, CD, iPod and DVD players.

Bedrooms: The first floor comprises two double bedrooms, one with King Size bed and the other with Twin beds. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and clothes hangers in each. The king size bedroom located at the front has its own balcony with spectacular view.
Bathrooms: One of the apartments 2 fully tiled bathrooms is conveniently located on the ground floor, which comprises of shower cubicle, wc, and washbasin. A second bathroom is located on the first floor, and comprises a large double walk-in shower, wc, and basin.
Kitchen: The kitchen with granite worktops is fully equipped with a stainless steel hob and oven, extractor fan, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and all the crockery and utensils you will need.
Living Rooms: The ground floor has a spacious open plan living & dining area from which French doors open onto a private patio, where you can relax and enjoy alfresco dining whilst admiring the stunning views across Kalkan Bay.

Outside
A marble top table and 4 chairs have been positioned on the private patio for your added comfort and enjoyment.
The Emir complex has 2 large shared freshwater swimming pools (one with a children’s pool), which are surrounded by spacious sunbathing terraces, with ample sun loungers and parasols. Table and chairs are provided on the terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view.
Beautiful landscaped gardens and terraces surround the complex, and there is 24-hour security and a 24-hour English speaking reception service for guests’ peace of mind.

Coast/Beach
There is an abundance of choice for those who wish to explore the area further.
For beach lovers, Kalkan itself has an attractive pebble beach that is only 10 minutes walk away. Kapatus beach is about 10 minutes away (by car/taxi/dolmus). This lovely, sandy beach is dramatically located at the foot of a ravine. Patara Beach is about 25 minutes away (by car/taxi/dolmus) and is arguably one of the Mediterranean’s most beautiful and unspoilt beaches with 18km of golden sand.

Travel
The nearest airport to Kalkan is Dalaman airport. We can help arrange a taxi, mini-bus or car hire service for you depending on your requirements.

Distances
Kalkan is located in the Ancient region of Lycia and many historical sites are relatively close by, including Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara, Tlos and Patara. Kekova, Demre, Myra, Phaselis, Olympos and Aspendos are also within reach, as are the attractive harbour towns of Fethiye and Kas.

Further details
Kalkan, once a tiny fishing village, is now a sophisticated holiday destination, where yachts sit side by side with gulets and small fishing boats in the picturesque harbour. The selection of high quality restaurants is almost endless, with many tucked away from view on roof terraces or down narrow cobbled side streets.
For those who enjoy shopping there is a wide variety (from boutiques to shops selling local crafts, such as ceramics and rugs). All this makes Kalkan the ideal choice for those seeking somewhere a bit different than the average Turkish resort.

Booking notes
30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable damage/breakages deposit is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. This will be returned on clearance by local agent, approx one week after departure. A welcome email will be sent to you prior to your arrival, and if you have any further questions (before or after booking) we are more than happy to answer them. The apartment is not suitable for persons of limited mobility.
