Villa Turkoase is ideally situated with beautiful views of the mountains. A short drive will take you to the town of Dalaman where you will find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. The villa is ideal for friends and families. The addition of the apartment/guesthouse offers extremely flexible accommodation. The main villa has a large family sized kitchen, especially good for enjoying meals at home. An elegant curved marble staircase takes you to the upper wing with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The guesthouse has 2 bedrooms with one bathroom. One bedroom also has a kitchen block with a small refrigerator. Outside the stunning landscaped garden you have a large private swimming pool, outside shower and barbecue area. Lots of terraces or balconies enable occupants to select sunshine or shade. We have a wonderful meet and greet service for your arrival at the villa. Ruth will make sure you have everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

This property is not suitable for wheelchair use.
Outside
There is a huge private pool area (8x5m) with shower ,also there are many sunbeds and outside patio furnishings, the pool area is very private(for sole use of guests).The pool area and 1000 sqm stunning landscaped garden area is maintained on a daily basis. There are many shaded areas in case the heat gets too much and an outside barbecue area is also available next to the pool area. The whole villa is totally enclosed by a boundary wall. It has wrought iron locking gates for child security on the main terrace:ie they can't run off while you are relaxing. On a night time you can have family fun outside as the pool and the whole surrounding area all light up and it is breathtaking to see. Flooring is in Travertine marble which extends out to the pool area. Pool service every day.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Sarigerme beach with its gorgeous world renowned sandy beaches. And don’t forget to visit famous Turtle Beach in Dalyan. Both beaches are within easy reach by car (15 and 30 minutes).
Golf
Hilton will soon open a 5 star golf resort hotel complex which is a 20 minute drive away from Dalaman.
Special interest holidays
Great area for cycling and walking, scuba and snorkeling. horse riding, boating, canoeing, white water rafting etc. The ancient city of Caunos (3000 yrs BC) is a 15 min walk away from Dalyan and has only recently begun to be excavated. A plethora of excellent river-side restaurants in Dalyanoften provide views of the famous Lycian rock tombs, a fabulous setting for an evening meal. They are an inspiration to all who see them.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman. We can arrange the airport transfers for you and car hire if you require it. It is approx. 20 minutes journey to the villa from Dalaman. Car hire is recommended.

Distance to nearest village, 10 minutes. Distance Dalaman airport, 20 minutes.
Distance beach, 15 minutes. Distance Dalyan, 25 minutes. Distance Fethye, 30 minutes.
Further details
There are so many small supermarkets around, you really don't have to go far to find one. Large supermarket in Dalaman (12 minutes) Prices do vary and we find Dalaman often gives the best deals. The fruit, veg and fish markets in Dalaman and Fethiye are definitely worth a visit. We also love some of the traditional Turkish restaurants in Dalaman, Fethiye and Dalyan.
Dalyan is a super place and has a lot to offer its visitors; as well as the normal sun, sea and sand, it also has a freshwater lake, a river, mud baths, hot springs, an historic city and beautiful mountain scenery in whichever direction you look. The whole region is a national conservation area, and home to numerous varieties of birds, and three types of turtle, including the protected loggerhead Caretta Caretta sea turtle. The beautiful Itsuzu (Turtle Beach) is a 25 minute boat ride away.Our private villa is a fantastic base from which to explore this Dalyan delta conservation area.
Don't forget to visit the village of Gocek with its picturesque harbor and take a boat trip..
Booking notes
If you would like to book the villa then please send an Email with your details. I will then post a booking form to your address.The form is then returned with a deposit to secure the booking. The final payment is due eight weeks prior to the departure date. I also provide my home phone number and am happy for people to call for any extra information they may need.

We can't rave enough about the property or the country! Absolutely fantastic. From the moment we were met at the property until we left we were treated so well, the people were friendly and helpful. The property can easily sleep two families (up to 8 people), all the rooms are air conditioned and cleanly furnished and has all the things which made it a home from home. It is situated within the hills and has, in my opinion, the best views of all the properties. It is perfectly placed to travel to Gocek, Dalyan, Sarigerme and Dalaman, all within about 15 mins ( A car is a must.) The owners were very friendly throughout all communication and went out of their way to make the holiday the best it could be - Thank you

About the owner
We are based in the Netherlands, and now spend as much time as possible travelling between here and our home in Dalaman. We first discovered Dalaman in 2005, purely by chance when our neighbours showed us pictures of the beautiful house they bought in Dalaman. We were intrigued and decided to visit the area as well.
After seeing the plans for villa Turkoase and exploring the area, we decided to buy our property. We have never regretted it!
Why the owner chose a home in this location
The villa is in a perfect, peaceful location and although not in a flight path, is only 20 mins from Dalaman airport. The close proximity to the beaches and the village centre, together with the flexibility of the property accommodation, made it an ideal choice.
