We would like to welcome guests to our absolutely gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment at the Royal Heights Apartment Complex. Excellently finished and furnished to a very high standard. The kitchen area is fully equipped for a self catering holiday, the dining/living area leads onto a spacious and furnished balcony. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the second bedroom is completed with twin beds. The apartment is situated in a unique situation on the complex and offers stunning views of the sea. The resort amenities include outside pool, Jacuzzi, snooker and pool tables, a clubhouse, gym, bar, 3 restaurants - one of which is an excellent fish restaurant and well worth a visit during your stay, supermarket, sports facilities and children's playground. The apartment offers fantastic sea views and is only a short 5 minute drive from the newly constructed Vita Park Golf Resort. The crest of the resort slopes down to the magnificent Aegean ocean.

Notes on prices
Low season: January-May, October-December for 7 nights - €150.
Mid season: June & September for 7 nights - €250.
High season: July & August for 7 nights - €300.
All prices are negotiable so please feel free to contact me and I may be able to offer you a discount depending on whether or not the apartment is available. I have quoted prices based on a 7 night stay but again this is negotiable and the prices would obviously be reduced for a shorter stay or for a longer stay at a daily rate.

| Kitchen: | The fully equipped kitchen has ample storage space, full set of cooking utensils, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, saucepans, cups and plates, cutlery, beer and wine glasses, leading out onto the balcony with stunning sea views. |
| Living Rooms: | The living/dining room has a table and chairs for dining in if you prefer not to eat out on the balcony while watching the beautiful sunset or in one of the nearby restaurants, two couches (one is a sofa bed for two), TV, DVD and satellite box. |

Fresh towels and linen are provided. The property is cleaned by Smile Property Management agency before and after clients check in and out. Smile are also on hand to deal with any queries or problems that may arise during the course of your holiday. |

Accessibility
This property would not be suited for wheelchair users as it has a stairs.
Outside
Both bedrooms open out onto the garden. There is a garden table and chair set on the balcony which can be brought down to the garden if needed. The apartment overlooks one of the shared complex pools and is only a short minutes walk from it. It has a water slide and kiddies pool for your enjoyment.
Coast/Beach
There is a private beach in the Royal Heights Complex. It is only about 10 minutes walk from the apartment or if you prefer you can take the monorail there and back again if you want to. There is a jetty with a bar on it which features music by night. There is a lovely fish restaurant next to the beach that opens in the evening time. Water sports are available at the beach for the adventurous. If you prefer to laze around in the sun then there are plenty of sun loungers and shades available.
Golf
The nearby Vita Park Golf Resort is only a short five minute drive away from the apartment. It consists of two different 18 hole golf courses, which enable you to feel the comfort of playing with easily arranged tee times and professional caddie services.
One of the courses is a 5,795 metre Par-71 course and offers the charm and challenge of an old world course that would remind you of the courses in Scotland and Ireland but with nicer weather of course.
The second course is a 6,480 meter Par-70 course with its own private driving range, waterfalls and bunkers.
Vita Park Golf Resort is the first and only golf resort in the Aegean part of Turkey. There are many tournaments taking place throughout the year at the request of golf lovers everywhere.
Travel
Bodrum-Milas airport is only a 10min drive away. Taxis are cheap and plentiful at the airport. Car hire is optional. The Royal Heights Complex has all you need for a relaxing holiday and bus excursions can be easily booked while staying at the apartment (see "further details" section for more info on excursions). A hired car would be useful if you wanted to shop in the bigger supermarkets (Tesco equivalent) in Bodrum town though as there is a greater range of food at cheaper prices.
Further details
While there are very nice restaurants in the Royal Heights Complex, there are also some very nice restaurants in the nearby Turquoise Homes and Flamingo Country Club complexes serving Turkish, Indian and European foods and a free shuttle bus to pick you up and drop you back to your apartment again. There is a free open air cinema in the Turquoise Homes complex that shows some of the latest movie releases. Tennis courts, crazy golf and swimming pools are all free to use for Royal Heights residents. You can even get your hair and nails done at a fraction of the price that you would pay in Europe.
A few minutes walk from the apartment there are a series of private shops, barbers, hairdressers and a traditional Turkish carpet shop, two local restaurants a bar and a shop for your day to day needs. There is also a booking office for hiring cars, booking excursions to nearby Ephesus, the beautiful turtle beach at Dalyan, Bodrum aqua park, local village tours, boat trips around the Bodrum peninsula where you can go swimming and diving in the crystal clear waters, guided tours of Bodrum town, trips to a local Turkish bazaar, boat trips to the nearby Greek island of Rhodes and many more things that may be of interest to you.

Hello. My name is Sean. I am from Ireland, married with two kids. We purchased our property in 2007. It was finished and rental ready in 2010 so this is our second year renting it out and so far so good.
We decided to buy in Turkey because we liked the area and the locals who are very friendly and relaxed. Personally when I go on holiday I like to relax by the pool for a few days but I also like to go sightseeing and visit places of historical interest. The Bodrum peninsula has all these in abundance e.g. Ephesus and the Greek island of Rhodes are a short day trip away, Dalyan beach is one of the nicest I have ever seen, Bodrums historical castle goes back to the crusades so there is plenty to see and do around the place.
