The 2 apartments are contained in a complex of 14 privately owned luxury apartments on the outskirts of Side. Each offers 2 air conditioned bedrooms which will sleep 6 with the use of 2 king size sofa beds in the air conditioned lounge. They are tastefully furnished throughout including a fully equipped kitchen with hob and fan assisted oven, satellite TV and balconies to the bedroom and lounge and are both located directly in front of the crystal clear swimming pool set in immaculately tended gardens. Guests may use free of charge all the facilities including restaurant of the Hotel Lemas which is situated next door (less than 1 minute walk) including the use of free beach bus. Sun loungers and parasols are provided for the use of apartment guests.

Notes on prices
Prices are for each apartment per week in UK pounds. Longer term Summer or Winter rentals can be negotiated if required. Their is a supplement of £25 per week if your party consists of more than 4 people.
Changeover day
Usually Sunday/Monday but can be flexible to accommodate your requirements where possible.

Apartment 4 (First Floor)

Modern and very impressive the apartment built and furnished to a very high standard. Large kitchen diner furnished with a 6 seater dining table fitted with high quality appliances comprising of gas/electric fitted hob unit, fan assisted oven, fridge/freezer, extractor unit, kettle, toaster and extensive range of kitchen utensils. The large open plan lounge consists of 2 x 3 seater sofa beds, coffee table, satellite TV and remote control air conditioning. The bathroom has quality marble tiling throughout, with Turkish bidet WC, glazed shower cubicle with sit down facility (can be used as bath) with adjustable pulse shower head, high quality fittings with large illuminated mirror fitted above vanity unit, hairdryer and shaving points. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds which can be pushed together for double, bedside table with lamp, large wardrobe with fitted wall safe, chest of drawers. Door to balcony. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, wardrobe and remote control air/con. |

Notes on accommodation
A large hallway in both apartments houses a fitted cupboard which contains an automatic washing machine which is available for the use of guests along with a steam iron and ironing board. All windows have a night ventilation system which can be left open day or night but remain secure. Both apartments are fully equipped for 6 people with cutlery and crockery etc. A weekly maid service is provided with all linen and towels supplied and laundered weekly. Both apartments have 2 balconies, one leading off the main bedroom furnished with patio table and chairs, the other large balcony/patio leading off the living room furnished with large table and 6 chairs and gives direct views over the swimming pool, the ground floor patio giving direct access to the pool area. Both apartments are suitable for children though the ground floor would be most the most suitable. The same would apply for the more elderly.
Outside
The apartments are set in a beautifully maintained complex with well tended and kept grass and gardens of Mediterranean palm trees, roses, lime and breadfruit trees along with various colorful flowers. The impressively clean pool is available for the use of guests along with parasols and sun loungers. Taxis are always available just outside the Lemas Hotel next door. There are 2 mini market type shops both within 1 mins walk selling all self catering type provisions eggs, milk, bread etc.
Coast/Beach
Side well known for its long, golden, sandy beaches 10 mins walk. Alanya large town blue flag beach 70km. Beaches host every imaginable water sport with paragliding, jet skiing, water skiing, banana boats, speed boat hire, snorkeling, diving etc. Boat trips available sailing to various points where lunch is included at unbelievable prices. Showers provided on beach along with sunbeds / parasols. A walk along the beach at night to side town is safe and can be vary romantic.
Golf
Turkeys premier golf resort is approx 35 mins drive away from the apartments at Belek. This 4/5 star resort is home to 7 championship courses and one 9 hole course. It is a golfers paradise.
Skiing
The main skiing area is approx 50km away from the apartments and is located at the ski centre at Saklikent in the Beydag mountain range at 1850m. Accommodation and restaurants are available and the centre has 2 ski lifts. The season runs between January and April. The warm climate of Turkey allows for skiing in the morning and swimming in the afternoon.
Special interest holidays
There are 6 horse riding stables within a 5 min drive offering both day and overnight treks. White water rafting in Koprulu Kanyon is approx 40km away. Fishing, sailing, go-karts, quad bikes, tennis and jeep safaris are all available. An Aqua park is approx 45 mins drive away and many trips are available to places of historical interest etc. Booking/information on these can be obtained from representatives located outside many restaurants and bars.
Travel
The nearest airport to Side is Antalya which is served by all the main UK airports and is approx 45 mins drive away. Transfers to and from the apartments can be arranged for an additional cost of £50. Car hire is available at the airport and also available in various location in Side and are both cheap and plentiful. Car hire is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance though to explore the areas many sights is recommended.
Distances
1 min walk to 2 small mini markets and telephone box. 10 mins walk to beach, local bars, restaurants, ATM machines 45 mins to airport. 5 mins drive to heart of ancient Side town and ruins. Manavgat (int`l banks, shopping, weekly market) 6km. Antalya (airport very large town banks, hopping etc) 70km. Large British type supermarket 10 mins drive.
Further details
Side pronounced See-Day is one of the sunniest areas of Turkey. The town has an ancient Roman amphitheatre and temple ruins which are both illuminated at night. There are numerous bars and beautiful restaurants, especially on the waterfront and by the harbour (Turkey is renowned as having one of the finest cuisines in the world coming 3rd behind China and France). In contrast there is a variety of clubs one of which has no roof, a swimming pool and a floor which elevates over 3 floors. Side has a unique and charming atmosphere and charming personality and can be enjoyed by all ages. The town is woven with colorful alleyways heaving with jewelery, clothes and carpet shops and if you need more cash ATM machines can be found here. Manavgat 6km away holds a weekly market where you can barter for goods ie: T-Shirts, jeans, leather goods etc and is the location where very impressive turquoise blue large river waterfalls and picnic area can be found.
Booking notes
A non-refundable £100 per week deposit per apartment is payable on booking. Full payment to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure along with a £100 returnable breakages deposit returnable immediately on arrival back from your holiday. Please note to teenagers unless accompanied by adults.
