Bodrum Milas airport is 56 miles. Izmir airport is 103 miles. Local airport transfers can be arranged. Car hire an advantage but not a necessity.

2 minutes drive to nearest town, 5 minutes drive to centre of Altinkum, and beaches.

2 minutes walk away from the villa is a resort that offers its facilities, such as a restaurant with regular entertainment, shop and bar, snooker/pool. A little further is Marina Road leading to the beach which has many more restaurants and bars and supermarkets, the larger supermarkets are nearer to town only 5 minutes drive away.

Deposit to be paid day 1 of booking and 25% of booking total, balance collected 56 days before booking commences. £200 breakage deposit (will keep for 5 days after the stay) for cancellations the charges will be 8 weeks before booking deposit + 20% of balance, 6 weeks before booking deposit + 40% of balance, 4 weeks before booking deposit + 60% of balance, 2 weeks before booking deposit + 80% of balance, 1 week before booking deposit + 100% of balance. Bookings can be made direct through owner.

Altinkum is a great place to holiday for everyone. It has 3 lovely beaches, with water sports, bars and restaurants. It has easy access to Bodrum Airport. A local agent offers great excursions to many places surrounding Altinkum and Didim. The also arrange transfers. Altinkum has a large night market and another market on Saturday morning for great bargains.

Both Villa's are 5 bed and 5 bath they each have their own private pool and large sun terrace which are south facing. They also have a large roof terrace leading from the 2nd floor bedrooms. They are equipped with satellite TV and laundry facilities. In a lovely area with panoramic views.
