The Villa is situated in Calis, just north of Fethiye on the Mediterranean coast (also known as the Turquoise Coast). Calis has grown into a small resort with hotels, restaurants and bars lining the beachfront and stretching back along the coast to Fethiye. Calis offers a long beach of coarse sand and shingle and is blessed with a cool sea breeze in the afternoons and evenings which keep the temperatures pleasant, even in the height of summer. The villa has the best of both worlds. The rear is framed by a spectacular backdrop of pine forests and mountains, whilst the front has breathtaking sea views towards Fethiye. The beach is five minutes walk away.

| Living Rooms: | On the ground level there is an entrance hallway leading into the spacious lounge/dining room. The living room is equipped with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV, DVD, HI-FI and a dining table (seats 8). |

Towels and linen are included. The property will be cleaned before you arrive. For 2 week stays there is a change of linen and towels in the property. Mid week maid service can be arranged at an additional cost. There is also a washing machine. |

Notes on accommodation
For your comfort there are mosquito screens on all windows, allowing you to keep the patio doors open and enjoy the cooling breeze. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and for added comfort there are free standing fans.
Outside
Towards the rear of the proprety there is a large main swimming pool and small children's pool. Children need little supervision as the pool area is overlooked from the ground floor terrace. There are sunloungers, patio tables & chairs for use on any of the five terraces. There is a caretaker/security guard on site 24 hours a day.
On the third floor you will find the sun terrace which looks out over Fethiye bay. The terrace offers all day sunlight and total privacy, ideal for a barbeque or an evening drink.
Coast/Beach
The beach is five minutes walk away where sun beds are available for hire at a minimal price. A variety of watersports are on offer, in fact Calis is renowned for great windsurfing as it has the best wind conditions in the area.
Outside the complex you will find a large supermarket (Genpa) as well as a bar/restaurant. This is where you can get the dolmus (local bus service) to Fethiye, Hisaronu, Olu Deniz or just about anywhere you would like to go.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman and is approximately 45 minutes drive away.
Car hire is not essential due to the local dolmus (bus) service. Water taxis run every 15 minutes to Fetiye.
Should you require your own transport you can either arrange hire through us or, you can arrange this yourself when you arrive from one of the many rental agents.

Further details
Why not start the evening at a beachside bar to witness a romantic sunset, whilst pondering where to eat? Although Calis is a small resort it offers a wide choice of restaurants including traditional Turkish cusine, British, Italian, Chinese, Indian etc etc....!
Once you have eaten you can either sit back and relax or you can visit one of the disco bars. For the young or the young at heart, why not have a night out in either Fethiye or Hisaronu? The vibrant atmosphere at the bars of Hisaronu ensure a night to remember!
Booking notes
A £200 deposit to be paid at the time of booking, will be used as a bond to cover any breakages, loss or damage to property, which may occur during the rental period. Assuming everything is in order, this will be returned at the end of your holiday, after the condition of the villa has been checked.
1.Out of season lets are negotiable.
2.The balance is to be paid in full six weeks prior to departure.
3.These rates do not include airport transfers or mid-term maid service.

Just a quick message to say what a great time we had in your villa.
Being used to package holidays, we were a bit nervous at the thought of "going it alone" as this was the first time we have rented a villa and, I can honestly say I'd never go back to package!
We could'nt get over how much space there was in the villa!

My name is Emma and I'm married to Gareth and we have a little girl called Evie who is 1. We own the villa with my mum. We look forward to showing you Calis.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Gareth and I had our first holiday together in Olu Deniz in 2000 and got hooked on Turkey, so much so that we bought our house in Calis in 2004. We love the weather, the friendly people and beautiful scenery and love getting out twice a year. Calis is a growing resort and every year we see changes as the resort grows. There are plenty of lovely restaurants and lots to do. Last year we took Evie out for her first visit and so the villa is baby friendly! Evie loved her first trip! Our villa is sited onan amazing complex and is much larger than average! All our rentals enjoyed their stay and we get many repeat bookings. Calis is a great base as Fethiye and Olu Deniz are easy to get too and you can have as relaxing or busy a holiday as you want.
Unique benefits of the property
Our property was one of the first complexes built in Calis and also was used as a show complex for other new developments. Due to this you will notice that our property is larger than other 3 bedroom villa's and the complex itself has more space. Since having Evie we have ensured that our property is baby friendly and has a cot and high chair available for use. Our house is only a ten minute walk into Calis but is still peaceful. There is a large supermarket within 5 minutes as well as the dolmus route into Fethiye. The Sunday market is also very close and there are a variety of local restaurants if you do not want to walk into Calis. There is also somebody 24 hour security on the the complex to provide peace of mind to both rentals and owners.
