Changeover day
The apartment is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 12 midday on the day of departure,flexibility will be adopted wherever possible to cater for flights etc, although this cannot be guaranteed.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 is bright with double bed, wardrobes, air-conditioning, dresser and ample storage space and patio door leading onto rear balcony overlooking the mountains. Bedroom 2 is bright with twin beds air-conditioning, wardrobes, ample storage. |
| Bathrooms: | Fully tiled bathroom located between the two bedrooms housing a walk in shower area, wc and wash hand basin. |
| Kitchen: | Open plan well equipped kitchen with crockery and utensils (facilities include: hob, microwave, breakfast bar, fridge, microwave, toaster, extractor fan, hob, kettle, iron). |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge is light, airy and open planned with air-conditioning. There is satellite TV, DVD player, coffee table, an armchair, double sofa bed which will cater for additional bed space for children should it be needed. |

Linen and towels are included for use only within the apartment. Please use your own towels etc for the pool and beach. The apartment is cleaned once per week. |

Notes on accommodation
Both bedrooms and lounge area have air-conditioning. The apartment is fitted with smoke detectors and fire extinguisher. Please note this is a no smoking apartment. There is a small toddlers pool alongside the main swimming pool. Sun bed mattresses are supplied for use around the pool.
Accessibility
Access to the apartment is at ground floor level via a few steps however the complex is situated at the base of an incline therefore it may not be suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The complex is surrounded by well maintained gardens and pine woodland. There are ample sunbeds and parasols for guests to use and the shared communal pool is cleaned on a daily basis. Use of the pool is between 9am - 10pm each day and all signs should be observed. Both balconies have matching cane furniture chairs and tables. There are sun bed mattresses within the apartment for guests to use and should be returned at the end of each days use.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman 50 minutes to 1 hour transfer away. Transfers are available which the owner will organise on your behalf (if requested). Fees are set at £85 minimum return (for 1 - 4 people) and a further £20 return for each additional person thereafter. Infants are free. Dalaman Airport can be very expensive purchasing food etc therefore it is advisable to take your own supply to avoid disappointment however drink is no longer allowed through passport control inbound flights.
Distances
Hisaronu is a 5/10 minute stroll away with good enjoyable friendly night life for all age groups and offers everything you need during your stay. The bars, restaurants cater for all tastes and budgets and on the whole are good value for money. The local people are very warm and friendly most speak English.
Further details
The local shops are well stocked and cater for the majority of guests taste and needs and are reasonably priced. There are two main supermarkets nearby and are on the whole all quite competitive with each other. You may wish to consider changing your sterling in Turkey as often the exchange rate can be better and the rate changes daily. There are numerous shops in the town which will book organised trips for you as well as car hire etc. There are historical and natural places of interest to visit either by hire car or Dolmus (Buses). Fethiye is approximately a 15 minute journey away and has a market on Tuesdays. Hisaronu has a market on Monday. There are numerous activities to enjoy in the area from scuba diving, paragliding, quad biking, horse riding, camel safari, Turkish baths, fishing, safaris and boat trips.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 (non refundable) is required to be paid to secure your booking payable within 5 days of confirming availability. The balance is due, in full, 8 weeks prior to departure. Late bookings within 6 weeks of departure the full amount will be payable at the time of booking. All prices are in UK pounds. Payment is by cheque.
