Discounts for longer lets available (over 2 weeks). You must pay for fuel if you use oil fired central heating (approx £50-£75 per week depending on usage). Heaters are available in all bedrooms for no additional cost. Heating not normally required from April/May til October and even in winter days are normally warm. BA now doing schedule flights to Izmir from £140 Incl Tax.

Two waterparks close by. Ferry to Samos (Greece) several times a day. Boat trips from Marina. Main supermarket 5 mins. Great fish restaurants nearby. Local bars. Busy town bars and restaurants 10 mins walk. Local minibuses (Dolmus) provide cheap and very frequent links to all amenities and beaches if you don't fancy the walk. Local markets (a must for shopaholics and foodies).

20% deposit (non returnable) to secure booking. Balance 8 weeks before holiday.
Cancellations:
4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks - no refund.
