Imagine, after spending a long lazy day sitting around your own private swimming pool having a early evening drink on the main balcony or the roof terrace watching the boats cross the bay. All you have to do is decide whether you will go to one of the many restaurants (fish is a speciality) or eat in dining on the wonderful local grown produce sold in the markets and bazaars in Bodrum. With the clear blue waters of the Aegean on your doorstep it's no wonder that scuba diving, snorkling, windsurfing, fishing and sailing are well catered for.

Changeover day
The changeover days are flexible. If you would like to stay (say) 10 days this can be arranged and charged on a daily basis. Guests are requested to depart the villa by 10am and arrive after 4pm.

Notes on accommodation
For maximum comfort in the long hot summer nights, air-conditioning is provided in the bedrooms.
A dvd/cd player - with a selection of dvd's, games and bookes for your entertainment
Outside
There are four main outside areas of the villa to choose and relax out in:- 1)The roof terrace is vast and has six sun loungers. 2)By the poolside are two teak steamers and a teak table with chairs and an umbrella. 3)The terrace off of the living room has comfortable a rattan table, two settees and two single chairs. 4)The terrace off of the dining room has a further table and chairs. The private swimming pool is 8 x 4 metres and the garden is lit by spot lights highlighting the palm trees and borders. The BBQ can be either placed by the swimming pool or on the balcony off the living area.
Coast/Beach
The coast is viewable from most rooms in the villa but if you want to stretch your legs and actually feel the sand beneath your feet the closest beach is in Torba which is a mere 7 minute walk away. Alternatively you could hop on one of the very frequent local buses (Bus stop 3 minutes walk) to Bodrum which is only 5km away and will cost 60p (or thereabouts).
Golf
Your nearest golf course is a mere 20 minute drive away and boasts an international championship course.
Travel
A car is not necessary. Private Transfers can be arranged by a fully licensed company (booster seats can be supplied - no charge) please ask the owner (Jean) for competitive prices. If you would like to hire a car please also ask the owner to get you very competitive quotes with excellent insurances.
During the summer months, many charter flights fly into Bodrum which is the nearest airport (approx 30 mins drive from the villa).

Distances
Torba - has a wonderful restaurant, cafe/bar culture & water sports & is only a 5 minute walk from the villa. Due to the positioning of the villa you have all of the convenience of Torba but in the peace and quiet surroundings of the
villa. The local supermarket is a 3 minute walk away and the internet cafe 4 minutes walk away. Bodrum is a historical mecca with innumerate points of interest to explore and enjoy. Bazaars, Turkish baths and entertainment delights, well worth a trip!

In the winter months, some charter companies still fly direct from the UK to Bodrum, try www.aegeanflights.com Other routes to Bodrum are via Istanbul, Izmir or Dalaman. Turkish Airlines fly from Istanbul to Bodrum. BA flies from Gatwick to Izmir. easyJet flies from the UK to Dalaman and opened up direct flights into Bodrum during 2009.
Booking notes
To reserve your desired holiday dates please call Jean Spencer (Owner) who will confirm availability. The villa is then booked in your name and a deposit payment of 20% of the cost is due. Six weeks prior to holiday departure the remaining balance plus a refundable damages deposit of £200 is then due. On return from your holiday and given that the villa has no damage beyond reasonable wear and tear then the damages deposit is returned immediately.
